The staff was professional and very effective with explaining my room location and the amenities

Obviously older hotel but updated and very clean, shuttles service was key

The pool area was locked and it was pretty spendy

Airport Sutlej on time .

Breakfast room way too small and breakfast. Was mediocre. Had to climb over even to get coffee . Also gave us room on 2nd floor , which has no elevator .

Airport shuttle. Hotel appears to be old, but being renovated to a limited degree. Fresh paint, flooring, etc. Lady at the front desk was very helpful with ground transportation. Breakfast was not fancy, but very good.

Room deadbolt would not engage the strike.

Staff was most helpful. Very pleasant to whatever they could to accommodate us. It's an older hotel carpet not so clean, but it was convenient from airport to cruisport. Shuttle driver excellent.

The hot shower

Was bitten several times in bed by something. On further inspection of the bed it had dog hair all through the sheets. Bed was definitely not made with clean fresh sheets.

There was banging and construction all night so loud it woke us up. Pees stains on the toilet from not being cleaned . Musty smell.

Remodeling going on.

The shops and deli all within walking distance is a plus this our second stay Sue is Great

The staff was very good. They help me in an impossible situation and I am grateful.

The room was awful. Needed major upgrades and worst of all I went to take a shower the next morning and 2 cockroches came crawling down the shower curtain. I was sick. I went through all my things to make sure I didn't have any in my luggage or clothes.

The staff was exceptional when we were scheduling our airport pick up. Location is good. Cruise shuttle was great.

The hotel is very dated and worn. Not exceptionally clean and shower didn't work well.

Floors were filthy - Our feet were black within an hour of walking on the carpets in the room. Wear shoes! The driver of the hotel shuttle was kind of rude.

Great location. Easy drive to get anywhere from downtown, the riverwalk, the stadium etc. Just a great location and a pretty decent area. Hotel was way better than I had expected, decently clean though a bit dated. Worked out perfectly for me.

Everything else. It was unclean, sketchy and my phone kept ringing on and off. The TV remote batteries were dead.
