Staff was dismissive and rude. Room amenities were broken (TV and phone) - rooms service wasn’t really room service. Served in disposable containers and cold. AC wouldn’t hold temp

Great location, close to Tampa and Safety Harbor. Beaches within walking distance. Parking is free as long as you scan your room key. Restaurants close by.

Breakfast buffet was 22 dollars a person- way overpriced for the food you get. Should be a free continental breakfast option for guests.

Outside widows and ledges unclean, obscuring the view from the hotel room as advertised/paid for.

Staff was very helpful.

Cleanliness was not good. Paint smell in the rooms. No microwaves. Saw a dead roach in the lobby.

The vents were fithy and so was the room. We left and didn?t stay there the second night.

Room was nice and had a lot of space. View, location and people were great.

Paying for breakfast was crazy. First hotel I ever stayed at that I had to pay for breakfast.

The room service did not respond despite repeating calls and requests to front desk. The air conditioner was extremely loud in our room and room temperature was either hot or cold, no in between.

Very dirty. Fire alarms continued to go off so they got deactivated. Which made me unsure of staying there

We have been frequenting this hotel for 3 yrs in a row. Used to like it, kinda went downhill

After 3 yrs of returning to this hotel, we will be going somewhere else. Staff used their key and walked into our room an hour BEFORE checkout as I stood their in nothing but my towel. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Chelsea at the front desk was really helpful and friendly.

More the room itself; the toilet flushing was oddly slow The view was of a building next door. Being on the ground floor was a little spooky with only a building to look at. Nothing too bad though. I love staying on rocky pount and this hotel is easy.

Heavy Mold on air conditioning unit vents. Extremely large gap under front door entrance which caused the room to remain at an uncomfortable temperature. A/C unit so far from the sleep area it did not cool the entire room. Water leaked on me at the bar.

It was clean and quiet. The staff was great and parking was included.

It said we'd have a "sunset view" but only if you put your head against the window and looked as far right as you could. Perhaps in the winter the sunset may be more visible from the room, but definitely not this time of year.

Convenient location near airport, yet a waterfront property. Very nice sized heated outdoor pool over looking the bay. Tiki tour outpost. Warm cookies. Comfy beds.

Pay to park. 12$ per day. No soda vending, only a small market by the front desk, which had no diet coke. No.Diet.Coke.

Location, view is beautiful!! Loved watching the sunset over the water. And of course those complimentary cookies are delicious!!! Love Doubletree Resorts!

The breakfast buffet was to include custom made omelets. We were told they are to busy to make them, but were still charged $18.00 for just scrambled eggs. The shuttle service was unavailable, It was contracted out to Southwest Airlines.
