Base Motel By OYO South Tampa

I didn’t like anything

Everything : mold, burned covers, broken windows and doors, holes in drywall, no towels offered, being woken up and kicked out on a sunday morning saying that checkout is at 9.30 not 11 etc

This hotel is the worst in the city. I was unable to cancel this reservation after the owner offered a refund then did not go honor it. I was but by hundreds of mosquitoes and other insects while there. The bath tub is yellow and green. Trash motel.

A warm smile at the front desk set a good tone for the stay. Cleanliness was mostly up to the mark, though a few corners needed attention. Room service arrived a bit late but the food was fine. Overall, the experience leaned toward positive.

We found the location very suitable for a one-day family stop. The room lighting brightened the space beautifully. The bed was comfortable and properly set. The staff offered quick and polite assistance.

My experience at this property was wonderful. The hospitality was warm, and the staff greeted me with kindness. The facilities were well organized, and the room was fresh and inviting.

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. The hospitality here is truly exceptional! My room had a great view, was fully equipped, and super comfortable. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues.

The hotel offered excellent hospitality and great attention to detail. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was courteous throughout. The property is clean, peaceful, and well maintained.

Amazing stay! The room was spotless and comfortable.

The bedding was comfortable and the décor stylish. Enjoyed a restful and productive night at the hotel.

From arrival to departure, the process was efficient and welcoming. The lounge area offered plenty of space for work.
