The proximity to my meeting place is ideal, and the nighttime fireworks show at the nearby theme park was a delightful bonus I could see from the windows. The space is clean and the neighborhood quiet (other than the occasional roller coaster screams).

Cons -

The hot water could have been better, as it came out warm; good enough for my shower in a Florida summer.
