Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Tampa Westshore/Airport

The hotel staff was very informative. Hotel was clean and in a safe area and close to the airport. There was nothing I didn¿t like!!

Great staff. Good bed very clean.

The bed was top quality, I got a great night¿s sleep.

There was a splatter of something on the tv and trash left in both cans. But the sheets and towels were very clean.

Breakfast was atrocious and inedible, Only able to have coffee and juice. No excuse for this to be the case . Was also consensus among other guests . The worst offering we have ever had anywhere,

The guy at the front desk went well above our expectations. Even made sure we had a breakfast bag packed and hot coffee in the morning before the time that breakfast started since we needed to catch our flight

The bed was very comfortable. Rooms was clean, staff very professional. The morning front desk person was especially nice and helpful. I had an early flight to catch and the front desk made sure I had coffee, fruit, yogurt and granola bars to take with

Advertised airport shuttle and had to spend $25.90 to get to and from the airport. I would have stayed someplace else or obtained a rental for an extended period if I had known that was the case.

The front desk clerk was rude on the phone when I called about a shuttle pickup from the airport.

very nice rooms and staff, the only complaint is that the lamp shades were in poor condition. No big deal but one of my pet peeves with hotels is when they will not change out nasty light shades

Clean and comfy rooms, great shower!

My 2 complaints were that my pillows were not the most comfortable, generally not my experience w Fairfield’s and the breakfast bags were fairly disappointing compared to the normal breakfast. At least some OJ would have been nice.

Covid beakfast was oatmeal, a mini water and a garnola bar every day. Pool was closed for covid

So clean and rooms were lovely! Definitely marked for any time I’m In Tampa to stay here! Gym was clean as well!

Airport shuttle arrived super fast, hotel staff was great.

There were not many eating establishments within walking distance, however the hotel had a courtesy shuttle to the local malls which offered many options

Ideal location! The hotel is in close proximity to great shopping, lots of dining options, and Raymond James Stadium. The hotel is also close to the highway which made it easy to access and get around town to other shopping and entertainment in the area.

We've stayed at this hotel many times and it is always clean and the staff is friendly. The beds are amazing.
