It is clean and easy to access.

Wanted 2 queen beds and non were available. Had to stay in a king with a pull out and felt this room was not as clean. No extra bedding was available in the room and had to go get it. Staff was very nice but blanket provided was stiff and uncomfortable.

Rugs in first floor were dirty, Bathroom in room was not as clean as expected found a few hairs and some molded areas in the bathroom other than that the hotel was great.

Room size was comfortable.

Pool wasn?t that clean. The dining area was dirty, carpet and seats with old food from breakfast.

The room was nice and clean. The free breakfast was good.

The bathroom is too small and the toilet is mounted next to the shower door. And the location is directly under the landing path for Tampa Airport. The roar of jet engines is heard frequently from 7am to 11pm.

Friendliness of staff, clean room and bed, great breakfast options, fresh food, well lit parking lot with plenty of parking available.

Not the hotel?s fault but location is directly in flight path from the airport so the sound and vibration was a little disturbing between 5:30 am and midnight

The location is great!!

Normally I get a great room. This time the freezer part of the fridge overfroze with a block of ice. The bathroom had small bugs crawling around and the fan ran all night !! Very noisy!!

We were primarily visiting Busch Gardens. It was close and convenient to get to. Several close food options.

Breakfast was meh, I usually like Holiday Inn Breakfast. 2 days was the same thing, and the other day was just eggs, bacon, biscuits for hot items. The biscuits were really dark EVERY day. Not a deal breaker but that part could have been better.

The staff was very nice and the location was great. Seems to be a very safe area.

The hotel looks new from the front, but the rooms do not. Either the outside got a major facelift or the cleaning staff is not doing a good job. The breakfast was not great.

Hotel was conveniently located and staff were awesome to accommodate room requests.

Found a couple of bugs in room but maintenance was quick to reset.

The sink and tub did not drain properly. Clogged drains

The staff were helpful, friendly and courteous!

The baseboards, corners, edging around the air conditioner and the chaise lounge (would not sit on it w/out a towel, even then... yuck!) were not clean.

Clean and comfortable hotel with good breakfast. Big bathroom and nice beds.

Entrance to hotel could be more clean/appealing with smoking section not right in front. Slow elevator.

The hotel is in a safe neighborhood and provides free parking. It is right off the Veterans Expressway and close to restaurants and the Citrus Park Mall. The room was clean, cool, and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

The quietness, cleanliness, large rooms, awesome bathroom/shower, and courteous staff.

The breakfast menu only has pork as a meat; I don¿t eat pork, as many others don¿t. A turkey bacon, chicken, or beef option would be customer friendly.

It¿s not congested there. The rooms are a good size. Free breakfast. The staff was nice and helpful.

There should be more outside seating (not lounge chairs) at the pool. The one table and chairs they did have was right near an anthill and had ants crawling on the chair so I could not stay.

My booking was changed without notification. I booked an Executive Suite w/ sofa bed. It was changed to a King Suite at same rate. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, therefore I couldn't change my room. No compensation for the inconvenience.

Location to everything.

A little too close to the airport. The planes did not ruin anything and you barely notice them. But you do notice them.
