It was clean

They charged me multiple times for my room. The desk clerk asked for my card twice saying that the charge didn't go through but was evasive when I started asking him why he had me sign the first time. They are shady financially.

The price was great for the room/suite. Plenty of parking. Pleasant staff. Very clean.

The walls were so thin I could hear the guy snoring in the room next door.

My likes for this hotel are that it is dog-friendly, has wonderful customer service, the rooms were great with good a/c and a kitchenette fully stocked with silverware, dishes and pans. Beds are comfy and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Wow,when I read how friendly the staff was I thought "no way" but it is true!What a difference good customer service makes. Every smile seemed genuine and they took the time to make sure they heard your questions or concern and they attend to it!Authentic

Hotel employee was great to deal with the entire stay. Made us feel at home. Great room and location for our stay too.

Basketball courts, grilling area and breakfast buffet.

Reserved a suite and when we arrived , we were given a studio instead. They finally gave us different room and the next day in the morning as we were getting ready to leave, I found a roach under a towel we had thrown on the floor.

I loved that it's apartment-style. I was also impressed with the large grill and fire pit on the patio along with the adjacent tennis court and basketball goal. Finally,the decor was gorgeous.

Nothing at all. I liked everything.

This hotel was clean and is close to the fairgrounds and Hard Rock Casino. It's not someplace I would stay if I wanted a resort experience, but it was fine as a place to stay while going out to do other things in Tampa.

The slow elevator. I a have fear of them, so if that's my only dislike then I think I will be alright. Great hotel. Nice clean rooms

Well once in the room for afternoon check in and put our stuff in left come back when she's in the room and the facility we noticed room bathroom both went cleansing specs of fecal matter and snots on door knob dried up and hard fecal matter by the toilet garbage can you can tell it was there for a while. The closet doors in both bedrooms had the dried up snots on it. Once called down stairs the cleaned but this made second guess our stay but everything sold out in area for a tournament. Also soffits hanging off around building and many multiple lost nest.

From the front desk to Mr. Chris, they made our stay awesome. Mr. Chris made sure my husband who needed a comfortable room was taken care of. Mr. Chris even helped me with our luggage. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with many options. One night, I wanted coffee, and the night lady offered to make fresh coffee for me. This is a hotel that really cares for their customers. Renovated , spacious and clean facility . Family friendly with excellent breakfast and clean pool. Lot of parking

Showers are new but no hand held shower faucet or water taps , which is highly inconvenient to families with little children or infants and seniors or assisted occupants.Also we stayed for three days and they don’t have house keeping . They call it as refreshing where they only replace towels . Even at the end of second day we had to call the front desk to get new towels .

Location good, breakfast good also

Room had hair all over, so they moved us to another room. That room had red on the light switch and poo stains on the door frame of the bathroom.

The room looks just like the picture I had one bedroom Queen! Regular size refrigerators, which is a great touch not those small mini fridges. The microwave was a big regular size one and the stove top burners on the counter was a nice plus and the dishwasher even though we weren’t staying there that long that was still a great touch!

The pool was really small. There wasn’t much to it and there was no basketball court which was one of the reason I booked it cause it was my fiancé‘s birthday and he likes playing basketball. We were going to Busch Gardens the next day, but I wanted something that was kind of close and had a basketball court But they took it down. I guess but the pictures are still on booking.com that show a basketball court.
