Great location for Soho and Bern's steakhouse

It would have been nice to get the check in instructions before arriving. We didn't know what to expect.

Great location. Great comfortable bed. Jacuzzi tub. The owner was awesome super cool. Very laid back vibe.

Beds are too hard. The floors are old and stained they look dirty.around the toilet was urine stains. No staff on premises. Parking is so dark there's no lights .

It's not too far from downtown.

Very dirty, the shower was completely disgusting. Extremely small room. The dishes they had were old outdated and chipped.

Very rundown, no elevator, only bath product was a tiny soap, would definitely not stay in again

Our room was lovely with a luxury shower and Jacuzzi tub. We loved the historic feel of the building and the staffers we met were helpful and friendly. The location is also great, so much to do in the neighborhood.

I thought the price was high for the type of hotel. The room was small. I would stay there again at a lower price point.

The location of the hotel was great. It was walking distance form grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. The room had a full size refrigerator and stove and provided pots pans, flat wear etc.

The furniture was very old and the door does not lock behind you. You have to remember to use your turn key every time you leave. There is no real closet or hangers. The shower pipes were not routed well. Hot was cold and cold was hot.

Clean. Was not noisy. Nice area. Key entry. People were friendly.

Not enough space. Bed was okay but not what I had anticipated. No tub.

Where to start?

Great location, close enough to everything but not IN the city. Fun older/historic-feeling building. Upgraded bath, A/C & lighting, but otherwise timeless feeling. Staff was responsive and helpful. Walking distance to Riverwalk and choice of nice restaurants.

The quaintness of it. Just an overall great feeling there. The manager and housekeeper were awesome and very easy to talk to. AND THE CLEANLINESS

The bed was comfortable and room was clean. The location is the main reason I choose this hotel so for that it was acceptable.

The check in process was a little odd. It would have been nice if there was staff on property to greet us as we checked in. There was an odd smell in the building, could be that it is old. The shower drain was not effective and water went all over the bathroom floor. The bath mat present was made of paper so that didnt help.
