ROOST Tampa

Great location, amazing rooms, pool was awesome, there was a hot tub, walking distance to Amelia Arena.

The staff was very kind, room and grounds were clean

⸻ I was really disappointed with our stay. We were celebrating my birthday and looking forward to sleeping in since we were finally away from the kids, but our room was right next to the exit to the garage, and the door slammed constantly from 5am on.

The separation makes it so beautiful

The carpet smelled in the living room. One bathroom floor was not cleaned.

Great location! And coffee beans!

Not enough garbage bags provided.

The roost was amazing---Went to Tampa for a concert which was a block away. Every staff member we encountered was amazing

There is nothing to not like. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with a balcony. It was beautiful and we had a view of the Tampa skyline. The staff was very attentive with anything we needed. Thanks so much

Great stay! The location was great, parking was easy, amenities offered and the overall cleanliness of the hotel exceeded our expectations. Everyone that we met on staff were very nice & helpful (I wish I could remember their names). We LOVED the pool

There was not anything that we did not like about ROOST

Not medicinal smoker friendly at all.. stay away!

Location is incredible. The room was very high quality. It was great!!!

Great location within walking distance of all of the things downtown.

Directions on how to handle parking in the booking email ahead of time would have been helpful.

Clean and close to arena

Everything from location to staff and amenities

OMG, where do I even begin?!From the moment we arrived, the welcoming front desk staff set the tone for an exceptional stay. The customer service was truly tip top; caring, phenomenal, informative, receptive, and genuinely warm. The woman who checked my daughter and me in was incredibly kind, professional, and sweet, making us feel instantly at ease. The rooms were superb; spotless, beautifully maintained, and with excellent air quality. The cleanliness was absolutely on point, so major kudos to the maintenance and housekeeping team! The ambiance of the entire property gave us a true “home away from home” feeling, which made our stay even more special. This place is also perfect for families. We loved the business and recreation areas, and after a full day, we enjoyed an amazing night’s sleep; comfortable pillows, cozy sheets, and peaceful quiet. The location is unbeatable, too. Everything you could need is nearby, from Publix to fantastic restaurants. Roost is definitely at the top of our list, and if I lived in Tampa, this would absolutely be my home.Highly recommend! ?????

Keep up the good work!

Clean, location staff very nice, I will return.

The room was nice and the hotel was extremely close to Benchmark International Arena. We were there for a hockey game so it worked out well.

The hotel is located downtown and there are a lot of bright lights. The blinds didn't fully cover the window so it was still pretty bright in the room with the blinds closed.

I don't believe breakfast was offered

Could not use my fob in the far elevator even tho my room was on that end and the exit. Was told it was for valet use only?

Beautiful property and excellent location. Upscale amenities and comforts.

The parking was cumbersome. Our room keys worked fine for our room and building entry but the keys were problematic in the elevators which caused stressed every time we needed to access vehicle.

Clean

No much on the tv to watchNo bar lounge

Location, pool, amenities in room.

Very thin walls — but they provide a noise machine — which was a nice touch!

I had a wonderful stay at this studio. The location is perfect—right downtown with great accessibility. The building and unit are very safe, and all the facilities feel brand new. The studio has everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen with all the small details taken care of. The internet connection was fast and reliable, which made my stay even more comfortable. Having in-unit laundry was very convenient, and the building amenities like the gym, pool, and office room were excellent. Overall, a great stay at a very reasonable price—highly recommended.

Nothing at all.
