The food at Azure on the rooftop was overrated. It was just alright. The room also wasn't insanely beautiful, but it was clean and aesthetic enough.

The SMELL!! Awful in the lobby area the entire time. Smells like sewage

The building and rooms are new

1) Several rooms have no sound proofing from the club that is very poorly located inside the hotel. 2) Staff are very amateur and not even up to 3star hotel standards. 3) Several staff told us this was a not a hotel, it was more of an experience. ??

Traffic was horrible there was a hockey game and most of the roads were blocked off which made access to the hotel nearly impossible. The room was super nice and clean however the pillows had a weird smell almost like a dog had been on them it made it heard to sleep smelling that

The location was super convenient! Most importantly felt safe to walk around the area. The staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping were on top of it.

There were no vending machines. Yes there’s room service but I wanted a coke.

Location, main restaurant on ground floor

Accounts department charged the wrong card inspite ot repeated emails and phone reminders and promises to not do so. And they forgot to charge 300$ for mini bar and kept bothering me after I returned back from the states. Inspite of me giving them two cards which they couldnt charge. This was inspite of my stay costing around 17000$. Bad reception managers (front staff was okay - senior staff was rude) and very bad accounts department.

Beautiful new property with very friendly staff. However can be a bit loud through party vibe.

My dining voucher was not applied to my bill. I dined in one of the hotel dining rooms but the $50 credit was not applied. The hotel has not responded to my request to have this corrected.

Comfortable & luxurious. Friendly and professional staff (for the most part).

I was completely ignored at the lobby bar. Granted, it was busy after the concert, but nonetheless, I felt i was just being ignored. For the price of the night to stay, I would at least expect a "hello, I'll be with you in a moment". Rude.

Location: difficult (impossible)to get to the front door valet parking. Estimated bill at the time of arrival was twice the amount I agreed upon. the final bill was correct. I got a reservation from the restaurant called lilac for a Sunday meal at 6:30 PM, only to discover the restaurant was closed on Sundays. A real bummer for a 1 star Michelin restaurant.

It looks good on the outside, but lacks substance.

The quality at Restaurant Azure is quite poor. The meat was served cold, and the fried dishes tasted like something from a cheap restaurant. Unacceptable.

Beautiful hotel, nicely appointed and an incredible, polite and helpful staff. Lilac was fabulous.

The pool bar seemed a tad understaffed on a busy Sunday before a holiday.

The cheap scent in the lobby area, and the air conditioning in our room didn’t go lower than 75, it felt very warm and we couldn’t sleep.The bathroom area needs to be cleaned and sanitized better.Lilac restaurant may have a Michelin star but the food is mediocre, very greasy too.

Elegant interior and the staff was exceptional.Great location …everything needed was an easy walk. Location was easy access to hwy 618.

The bed needed a top sheet because the quilt cover was a bit heavy and hot.

This is a great location, especially if seeing a show at Amalie Arena!

Staff was not super friendly or even helpful, didn’t welcome us with information we might want to know. It was extremely crowded with non-hotel guests. The ‘panoramic’ views on the pool deck are blocked by trees and foliage. Room was fairly nice but not as clean as I would expect for $600 a night. Plus guests checking in have to pay $50 for parking? Ehh .. we won’t return.

John, at guest relations at reception/concierge is the reason why my hotel stay was so lovely. He is the reason I ended up booking the room and was incredibly welcoming and kind. He made sure all my needs were accounted for, and was extremely proactive. Love him!Caralee (Cary) at guest relations is always such a bundle of joy and made sure to assist me with all matters when I needed it. She’s so sweet and welcoming. Bethany, a server at Azure, went ABOVE and beyond for me and was always attentive. She brought me the loveliest iced latte with attention to detail and was a great ball of sunshine to me and all my friends. She made sure I got the right salad and my favorite, the whipped feta dip with limited chili oil just the way I like it! You can tell she’s hard working and is always on top of promptly taking care of her customers. Ryan, a bartender at Azure, always is so kind and professional. He’s genuinely nice and caring to me and my friends and goes above and beyond for making sure I got the correct order and is just such kind person to everyone. He always is keen for attention-to-detail, and you can tell he’s really knowledgeable in all the menu items and has a lot of insights to share as a connoisseur of the beverages and food on the menu as well. Logan a bartender at Azure made me the greatest mocktails and was so amiable, welcoming and fun to talk to!Rob, a bartender at Azure, is always so kind and welcoming and made stopping by the inside bar a special experience being funny and remembering my order. Him being bilingual was so exciting to have a fellow Latino to speak Spanish to!Thomas a bartender at Azure is so sociable, professional and extremely kind and welcoming and also is great at remembering all my orders and curating my experience in a positive manner. Brianna, server at Azure is a pro! She is so energetic and positive and made sure to go above & beyond to make sure me and my friends are happy. She’s lovely!

The smell that resembles sewage - hopefully that issue gets taken care of. But didn’t ruin my experience.
