Great location, very clean and comfortable

Poor amenities. They charge extra for Internet. At $-- per night, that is insane. There¿s a surcharge for everything. Room service food isn¿t worth it. I will encourage my employer to book somewhere else.

Great location. My flight got cancelled late at night. The next morning I was able to walk to the adjacent mall and get some clean clothes and have brunch.

Clean and location

We had to wait for ours for our room. We were told to walk around for several hours. They never called us to tell us our room was ready. I had to o ack to the hotel and ask for a room before I was told one was available. I don¿t think we got in until 7

The staff was amazing! We stayed overnight & ended up coming back for the day after a cancelled flight. Hotel employee was awesome! He made us feel very welcome & even got the pull opened after it closed from a quick storm.

- Pool is not heated! No one except a kid was able to use the pool bc the water temperature was so cold! But when I asked the lady at the reception she said it was a heated pool. - loud music sound from the shopping mall.

Location was great, tons of restaurants close to hotel and easy ride to downtown.

One of the girls at the front desk, not the one who checked me in, but the other young woman (asian I believe), was pretty rude. She did not acknowledge me or assist me, and I was finally checked in when another young lady came up.

Did not appear that anyone was working in the restaurant at night, looked like one lady was doing multiple jobs by her self when we went down for breakfast

The hotel is attached to the International mall which was interesting.

The room did not have a mini fridge, so we weren't able to get dessert to bring back after dinner. The pillows on the bed were completely flat, making us wake us with sore necks.

Yes. No refrigerator in room. No shuttle to airport I went there because I thought they had one.

Best thing about this hotel is definitely the location it¿s right next to the mall within walking distance where there¿s plenty of restaurants and stores. I was a little disappointed there was no refrigerator or microwave in my room.

There was a series of very disturbing events happening in the building, which prompted a police visit and included gunshots from what we could tell.

Large, quiet rooms. Hotel was immaculately maintained. Staff were professional and friendly.

There was no shuttle to the airport for our 8 a.m. flight. For well over an hour, we and the front desk called taxis and tried Uber and Lyft but none could get us there on time. We finally asked a stranger if he could get us to the airport for $100.

Extremely hard to find if you¿re not familiar with the area. It blends in a little too well with the shopping area next door.

Hotel is right next to the mall.

Room was dirty and things had NOT been wiped down. Staff was extremely rude and inattentive! Also, one morning we got up to go have breakfast and noticed someone sleeping on a bench in the lobby (looked like a bum) and was still there hours later.
