Location! Front desk staff were nice

We had to move rooms a couple of times 1. Tv didn?t work 2. Used soap and wash cloth in bathroom 3. Last room dishwasher leaked so rather than move again we just hand washed dishes

Location for our planned activities.

Weekend rate was too high. Not a $--- facility.

Large room options. Great breakfast.

No water pressure and no hot water. Lukewarm at best.

It was very clean. Staff was friendly. Very nice.

Pillows were not comfortable.

I couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work, and I needed it for work. I'm not sure if it was an issue with the hotel's Wi-Fi or my devices, and I didn't ask the hotel for assistance, so this was not their fault. Despite this, I enjoyed my stay. Would go back.

Great room and location

I booked this hotel because of the location and most importantly the airport shuttle. We had an early flight. Shuttle didn¿t start until 6am. We had to get an Uber to the airport. Also breakfast didn¿t start until 6am. We missed that too.

Very spacious and well-appointed room. Clean and modern lobby. Excellent service.

Shower controls were confusing to use. The bath products were empty or detached from shower wall, and an old bar of soap was left in shower.

The size was adequate for our party of 5. We were all comfortable. The housekeeping staff was very friendly. There is tons of storage and the kitchen was adequately supplied.

The sofa bed mattress was stained and there was debris under the sofa.

Place was great. Modern, new, clean, awesome breakfast, coffee all day, lots of tables in the lobby for eating or working, a nice gym, thoughtfully designed rooms with all I needed, a free airport shuttle, and friendly staff.

I had NO issues or problems.

Our hotel room was not in perfect condition -broken part in shower booth, broken electric outlet case, TV didn't work.

The price for the location couldn¿t be beaten. The room was spacious, the kitchen was a great feature, and the bathroom was newly remodeled¿very clean and priority for me.

The room had a strange smell. It wasn¿t over powering, and it was definitely tolerable. I did not ask for a room change, as I was going to be there very little.

I liked the atmosphere. Everyone was so nice. The breakfast was great. My 10 year old loved making the waffles. The pool was relaxing!

The only complaint I have would be no ventilation in the bathroom. It got a bit to hot with the door closed.

Check in and out was fast and easy. Clean, quiet, and great amenities. Front desk and transportation shuttle personnel friendly, excellent service and overall wonderful stay

I liked the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the room and building. The breakfast was also very good. There were a bunch of delicious options.

No daily maid service and therefore you have to ask for towels, empty your own trash and when asked for linens for the pull out sofa they said they were out.

The breakfast is really good with healthy choices. However with Covid still AROUND, my suggestion would to use disposable plates and utensils.

My boyfriend would not let me go up to the room until housekeeping cleaned it. He said that I would have checked out. The housekeeper came and did a good job cleaning the room. She also gave us some suggestions on where we could get some good southern foo

Hotel was great. Everything was clean. Complimentary laundry!! Nice pool, not very big but still nice. Clean bathroom outside in pool area and showers to rinse off. Clean grill area. Clean towels available for the pool. The staff was friendly&helpful.
