Rooms dirty smelled bad very noisy

Front desk was truly amazing. Went out of their way to give directions & answer questions! The breakfast was delicious & had many good choices! Even iced coffee!

Parking was a little confusing

they canceled my reservation when i checked in they told me they refunded me but had to put in a greviance with pay pal trying to get my money back total bull

Room size, cleanliness and location.

Parking is $22 a day and it's in a parking garage across the street.

The location was the best part about the hotel.

No sheets or blankets in the room for the pull out bed, and when we called to request some it took over an hour. Parking will cost you over $20 a night. One of the staff activated the fire alarm at 9am on a Sunday. My PTSD was not happy.

Room was dirty. Towel left on balcony, pillows smelled like someone else slept on them. Dishwasher was run but not unloaded. No single use cutlery at breakfast during covid.

Wish there was a heads up about breakfast not being offered as described. Received oatmeal and a bagel.

Garbage left under the bed. No breakfast, NO housekeeping, 22$ a day to park, not close to your expectations for a Days Inn by Marriott.

-Proximity to downtown, walking distance to Riverwalk -Liked the kitchenette with full size fridge and dishwasher and has a small stove. -Renovated and tastefully decorated room -Kitchen staff and breakfast servers extremely helpful and friendly

Walking distance to restaurants. Shuttle to an event and to the cruise port. Complimentary breakfast.

No - everything was great.

The ladies at check in were great. Had the perfect large suite with a private balcony.

The rooms felt like home and are remodeled so nice! The best was the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on! They had nice touches like water in the lobby with strawberries in it! Yum and a kids treasure chest of goodies!

Everything was great

Very clean and modern feel. Staff was friendly and professional. I was extremely pleased with my entire experience with Residence. I would love to stay there again on our next trip to Tampa.

This hotel is phenomenal! The bottom line is, if 10 is the top score, then these folks deserve at least a 15! The staff was outstanding. The shuttle bus service was excellent and took us everywhere we wanted to go. Will definitely return hwhen in Tampa.

Nothing! Everything at the hotel is first class and then some!

Some disgusting cleaning issues in bathroom...staff were VERY pleasant and did anything they could do. Shuttle was great and easy to book.

Bathroom/ kitchen cleaning...like not using soap to wash glasses...I'm sure not everyone does it, but some definitely do. Or not WASHING bathroom garbage cans after certain materials were deposited. Not huge things but they leave a big bad impression.

The staff in the breakfast area were pleasant.

The staff was nasty and accommodating. Most of the staff would not greet guess as they passed by. There was no easy access to the hotel in order to check in and unload luggage. When asked to speak to a manager kept getting told that there is none on duty.

Pool,hot tub, fruit water

The room was spacious and clean. The AC worked amazingly.

There was a hobo hanging around outside the hotel and scared us when we where coming in. I understand it is downtown and that's bound to happen but it was pretty scary.

Price and proximity to restaurant.

We asked for a room with two beds, but they did not have one. It was me, my wife & teenage son. They did have a pullout couch. Nobody likes those things, but oh well. However, there were no sheets or blankets for the pullout sofa!! Front Desk was no hel
