Our toilet was broken had to lift lid to flush , the safety lock on our door was installed opposite direction so room was not secure

Only problem booking wrong hotel because something close casino with shuttle bus expense too much money uber

Perfect and breakfast good

The hotel room smelled stale and it is located in front of a restaurant that plays extremely loud music from 10pm to 3am. The hotel staff is aware and could only offer me ear plugs that did not work. I only had a few hours sleep for two days.

We loved the location. Hotel employee did a great job cleaning our rooms and the hotel.

There is a lack of communication with the hotel staff and housekeepinnfg. There was also an issue with the check out time on my reservation and the hotel check out time. This caused an issue with housekeeping and my check out time of 11:30

The desk personnel, especially was outstanding

More attention to detail should be paid to cleanliness of the bathroom. Hair on ceiling Location. Surrounding area s noisy, club night life

I am always rushed out - even before check out time staff is repeatedly knocking on my door trying to get in clean it.

The morning breakfast was not as good as I have had on the previous two i stayed at in the past week. the container of body soap was empty in the shower. no alarm clock in the room.

All the staff was friendly. Very clean, nice bright lobby and breakfast eating decor. Hot breakfast. Room met all my expectations. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Shopping, Costco and multiple restaurants. Race Trac gas on the corner

THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS TO ME ON MY ENTIRE TRIP. I ESPECIALLY ENJOYED THE POOL. I WAS IN IT EVERY DAY ASSOON AS IT OPENED IN THE MORNING. THE BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS AND THERE WAS PLENTY OF FOOD CHOICES.

I CAN'T THINK OF ANYTHING THAT I DIDN'T LIKE ABOUT THE HOTEL.

Everything was in great condition, pool-nice size great temp, nice breakfast. Comfy bed. Great location and walk across street to restaurants. Nice quiet room.

Everything was wonderful. Would have added 2-3 days to our 2 night stay if I could have found a little better price (darn budget!)

I loved the location. And how there was other stores and restaurants in the area.

They didn't clean my room daily. And the staff would tell they were going to accommodate what I needed, and they didn't.

The staff and the attention to cleanliness was exceptional. This is the best Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in and it was a great guest experience. Hot fresh coffee was available all day long. Hotel staff was very attentive and professional.

I wish there was a microwave in the room but there is one in the dining area.

Site stated hot breakfast , bag bfast. Room should not have been --- Dollars for that. Over priced bc they had other people there for a soccer tournament and hotel was falsely advertised.

This hotel room was spotless and so were all the common areas. They also provided a pretty descent breakfast option, even though it was just a microwave breakfast sandwich. Other hotels we¿ve stayed at during covid only provided less.

This hotel is new , clean, tasteful, and wonderful.. great staff at front desk! Loved every minute there!! Front desk gal so friendly and accommodating!

Nothing. Covid breakfast was even more effort than some hotels with Jimmy dean egg sandwiches , fruit, yogurt etc

The cleanliness of the hotel is great.

My bathroom sliding glass door would not stay closed as I showered. Also, my bed did not come with the down comforter inserted into the duvet. When I asked for a second room, I also noticed that the down was not placed in the duvet in that room either.
