The pool is located on the same floor as the resturant, so you have to walk inside that area of it in order to swim.

Awesome amenities, and great location.

Upon check-in, the receptionist tries to make you pay for valet parking and threatens that otherwise, your vehicle will be towed. I parked in the free parking garage, which has plenty of open spots, and had no issues leaving my car parked overnight.

I had to valet my car. It was costly and annoying because I would need my car quickly but had to wait.

Paid for a King Studio, started in a standard small room that had a/c blowing in my face the whole time. Room was small and the kitchen I paid for, was just a dream.

The inside was clean and the front desk workers were nice.

They charged an extra 25$ to park. They charged me 330$ extra and nobody can tell me why. When I called to ask, the manager was rude to me. The description said there was a pullout couch. There was not. We needed it. Hotel layout is disastrous. Expen

It’s in a central location and not far from the stadium.

We did not get the room we paid for, and was not made aware of that before hand. Once we checked in and got into the room, we made from desk (Jose) aware and he apologized and stated he would contact his manager to resolve the issue. He later stated we would get an $80 refund for the mishap, but I’ve contacted them numerous times to no avail. I finally made Bookings customer service aware and now I’m waiting on them to resolve the issue.

It was clean and a nice area to site see and eat.

My room was not ready when I got there for check in and I had to wait 2+ hours for a room. No kind of discount was offered for the unorganized management or accommodation to relax. We ended up sitting in a lobby with our luggage in the way of others. The valet was a bit confused on what the price was and seemed shady as one took cash from one individual with us and the next day acted like he didn’t know what was going on until another coworker mentioned he did take the cash from him and to go get his car. Overall not good hospitality on that part.

Excellent facilities. The hotel has a very nice rooftop where you can enjoy a great time. The location is excellent and everything is clean. The breakfast could be better, and it’s important to note that valet parking is mandatory, as there is no nearby parking available and you cannot access the hotel’s parking lot without using this service.

Clean, very good location (but in a busy day/night it can be noisy), staff was polite and helped with everything

The staff was excellent room was clean.

Wasn't a fan of the $50 charge to valet my car. Also booked somewhat late so we knew the availability wasn't great but we got the first room off the lobby room 620 was connected to an electrical room and an office. Heard noise a few times throughout day and early evening.
