Location and staff were the best also the room was spacious.

The name is not readily seen from street Would like to have had microwave in room.

The hotel restaraunt was not sufficiently staffed the night we were there for the number of people at the hotel wanting dinner all at the same time. (Sunday evening; special event.)

Every one was so nice and friendly. The rooms and hotel area was very clean. And I felt safe and overall enjoyed my stayed.

I have nothing negative to report.

My daughter and I ended up being insanely allergic to something either in the shower soap that was provided or whatever they use to wash the sheets with.

Smooth check in Staff outstanding Hotel is very clean Bar and restaurant was very good. Best breakfast I have had very good quality and a excellent selection to suit all. Pool area was nice both day and night.

The location of the room. We had the view of the garage and roof.? Our room was right next to the garage. Didn’t like that there was only valet parking. That was on me for not realizing that.?

The pool is nice.

It is an incredibly loud hotel. Housekeeping staff bang around in the hallway and talk loudly to each other.

From the time I arrived, was met by smiling faces from the valet and the front desk staff. The view from the room and the breakfast every morning was delicious.

Very accommodating, traveling all day and getting in late. They have a restaurant where we could eat, food was good and weight staff was awesome. Great to be able to eat breakfast on site and they had a Starbucks attached

Hotel was clean. Location was fine, however not much to do in close proximity.

The hotel has a restaurant, but the music is so loud it rujns any ambiance it may have. Even at 8:00am during breakfast the music is blaring in the restaurant / lobby. We opted to go elsewhere for dinner, however almost no restaurants in the area, not much to do, no nightlife, clearly the cost of parking in downtown Tampa is a major deterrent to restaurants or evening activity. In fact we drove 10mins out of the downtown core to find restaurants & shopping. Hotel wanted over $40/day to park your car, and street parking is $3-4 / hr 8:00 - midnight. The Riverwalk is a couple blocks away from hotel but it's nothing to get excited about, a concrete sidewalk along a river in a dead downtown. There is a free trolley about 2 blocks from hotel that runs up to Ybor and past a couple public parks & the cruise terminals. If you're flying in to town and won't have a car I suppose staying downtown would be fine, but don't expect to find much to do in the evening. It's like a ghost town. If you're traveling by car, I'd suggest staying somewhere else other than downtown, they've priced the parking to discourage cars... and in doing so scared away anything to do while down there.
