Hyatt House Downtown Tampa

Great location, traffic wasn’t bad. Several accommodations, pool, restaurant, etc

The seating area on the deck had biting ants, but we found a spot that was better

No ice on my floor had to walk down stairs to get. Requested another blanket never received and never called me back with an answer.

Location to downtown, continental breakfast included, nice room. Quiet hotel.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, it was extremely clean, staff was friendly, breakfast had a lot of variety and was very good, location is excellent, and room was great! The room was very spacious and clean, with many modern features and amenities.

Nothing major but I thought they would have a permanent coffee station somewhere. Before checking out I wanted to grab a quick coffee but they had cleaned up the coffee station that they had during breakfast. I thought that would¿ve been there permanently

Cleanliness and room lay-out.

Slow elevators. There were often lines during times of peak demand.

It was clean and upgraded with the modern.

1. room had nothing about the hotel or area. 2. Aside from soap and hair washing products, there were no extras. No shower cap. 3. coffee pot did not work. 4. No Gideon Bible. 5. The breakfast - eggs cold, breads hard. 6. Too expensive.

Room was ok

I was double charged for parking. The employees told me it was cheaper to park my car. The hotel disabled room key access for the parking deck so I had to pay everytime I left. The hotel still charged me for valet everyday of my stay. I did not use valet.

The room veiw of the hotel was the candy in the bag also the location of the hotel is prime for anything you want to do in Tampa

Check in at the hotel was at 3:00 when I arrived my room wasn¿t ready an had to be cleaned I didn¿t check in until 3:40 but they did discount my stay also there is no available parking for residents only vallet.

Breakfast was good, location was great, staff friendly

Location is great for where we wanted to visit.

No house service for our entire 3 night stay. We had to ask for towels twice and ended up flagging down a nightshift housekeeper. Valet couldn¿t find the keys when we checked out, turns out they left them in the car so anyone should have taken off with It

The staff was absolutely amazing! The valet staff was so helpful and friendly. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate requests and questions.
