- PRIME LOCATION - MUSIC IN THE LOBBY WAS ENJOYABLE - DESK ASSOCIATES WERE EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL

- Management was difficult to work with at times.
- The sheets were worn and filled with holes, the bath tub did not drain, the refrigerator was broken.
