- I enjoyed my experience there. Gentleman that assisted us was very pleasant and nice to us when we interacted for our check-in & checking out.
- The owner was really nice, the motel was clean.
- It was the lowest priced place during Graduation at Florida State

- The location was bad, there were long term renters that kept hitting on my 14 year old niece and they scared her. Air conditioner not that great.
- Nothing in particular. It is a classic motel that is clean, easy parking, it takes a quarter to use the ice machine, and the walls are thin.
