- I did not like this hotel I think it was a bad decision for me to book this hotel the customer service was very rude and I did not appreciate it
- THE LOCATION
Cons -
- Entire hotel did not have any hot water. For 2 nights our family of 6 took ice cold showers after playing 12 hours of softball.
- Hole in the wall, dog print on the comforter (er did not bring a dog), hot water wasn?t working, tv did not work. They offered to give a full refund if we left but there was nowhere to go as everywhere was booked due to sports competitions that weekend.
- No hot water entire time we were there and nobody seem to care.
