Location and friendly staff

Took some time to figure out the TV set up

Not just motel rooms, but a living area with couch, table and chairs, fridge, coffee maker, big bathroom. Staff super friendly. Outdoor area for grilling, and fire pit with big chairs. Too cold to go swimming, but the pool area was nice and clean.

Can't think of a thing not to like!!

Had to ask for more towels when we put the dirty ones on the chair outside and didn't get any clean ones to replace them with...other than that - everything was ok!

Super clean. Close to marina. Exactly what you need for a fishing/scalloping vacation.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. Location was perfect for our fishing plans. The staff was excellent! Plenty of parking for our boat trailer and area to walk our dog.

The rooms are large & have two TV's.

I would like more parking.

The area is Old Florida and as charming as the people who live there. We would love to go back sometime.

The only thing was the fan on the ac did not have a mode to run constantly.

Well for starters do not email the customer there different approval emails with confirmation numbers. The let the customer and her three kids drive all the way down there without telling or notifing someone that their reservation was canceled. I would also notify someone that is states that your open until 11:30pm but when you get the male desk clerk he will tell you they close at 8pm!! I have stayed there before a few times but this time was bad enough to make me never stay there again....

Have stayed here many times. Staff always friendly and helpful. Family oriented staff with helpful suggestions and always have a smile on their faces. To have had such a turn around after devastating hurricanes. They (the whole town) have done an amazing job to get everything up and running. The improvements to the marina and store are great. The marina restaurant has expanded the menu. Roys still has amazing food. Using a food truck for now.

honestly... I have no complaints. Sorry to see Maddies gone. Not the same at dollar general.

Beautiful place to stay , but pick up all supply's needed bf you get there no real stores , no grocery store & nice little store there closed at 5. Otherwise peaceful, people friendly and nice .

This is our second time starting here it is a great located hotel and a good value.

The property is very clean and well maintained. Room was very clean, beds were super comfy and Patty and Rob couldn't have been more helpful. Quiet location. Fun to watch the boat hoist across the street!

There was honestly nothing we didn't like.

The room was a bit dated. But was very clean and comfortable.

Apparently no quiet time. Slamming doors and load people most of the night till 3 or so in the morning yelling and talking out load
