No A/c working trash on grounds repairs not done I left and did not stay

Was great to see the queen size ben I selected for my room sitting outside the room and the room I booked now had a full bed ..

Checkout on my itinerary I received said 11: 00am.. however at 10:30 they're banning on the door demanding if I say in the room past 10:30 I must have the door open.. was definitely unexpected

It was close to where we were visiting. Easy in and out. And had cable tv.

There was no hot water to take a shower. No free breakfast. The place looked like it hasn¿t been updated or repaired in many years. The staff was somewhat friendly but they didn¿t open the front until late. Pool looks like it has been out of commission

The laundry was regular.

We had to but Raid Roach killer spray. They were crawling all over.

Nothing! Was dirty and the staff was rude. Hotel was in a very poor location where many pan handlers are. As I left the hotel and explained the hotel was dirty the staff watched and laughed.

Everything was a joke. Save your money or sleep in your car.

Nothing. It was a waste of my time and money. There is no pool or breakfast as advertised.

The staff were rude, the property and room is nothing like advertised. I booked this hotel versus another I had in mind specifically for the pool which appears to have been drained for years.

Everything was pretty good, they cleaned the room on Friday and were very nice.

The floors were a little dirty but that¿s really about it! Everything else was great!

Good location for our trip. Though entrance is a littl confusing. Better to go around the side and in the back entrance. Beds were comfy, pillows were okay.

Water damage on the walls, paint bubbling and peeling off. Found a cockroach running around the room. Just one but with the water damaged walls I am sure there were more. Faucets on the sinks and bathtub need to be cleaned, they were difficult to turn.

Very musty smell inside the room. TV was disconnected so I connected it myself but still needed someone to tell me how to get it working because there were no instructions.

Yes, the picture was a lie, couldn't get the TV working, the ac didnt give out enough cool air their was tiny ants and roaches

The hotel was close to Silver Springs State Park and the bed was wonderfully comfortable.

The pool was drained, so we were not able to use the pool. Also, we did not see a garden that was referenced on the website. The outdoor seating cushions were missing.

Location and friendly staff. Pleased there was no smoking in the rooms. Price, you get what you pay for, but location dictated our stay.

Appears that they are many people living there full time. They should be placed in the backside of the facility. Some were extremely loud. Could use new floors, paint job, microwave, beds and frames. TV satellite went out off and on throughout the night.

Short walking distance to Silver Spring State Park

My cousin & I were questioned if related as 2 males & why did we not reserve 2 doubles. The room was dirty old w/a cord outlet, no boxspring & loose shower floor tiles. The pool is bone dry & the owners rudely speak in native tongue upon requests denied.

Location was great. Clean room and bath. Ground level build with no annoying noise overhead as with larger motels. Parking at room.

A little worried about electricals in this room; wifi came and went at will, mattress edge sagging on one side.

Hotel room didn¿t look anything like the photos. There were also holes in the ceiling. The walls were also paper thin so It was very hard to sleep. Very disappointing.

Worst hotel I have ever been in. Carpet smells so bad and smells mold. Beds are old. Bathroom door had fist marks all over. Shower had no glas or curtain. It was like a horror movie hotel scene. Needs to be renovated and I had to pay $--- a night for

Location, was located where we wanted to be. Price was reasonable for a 2-2 1/2 star hotel. Will say linens where clean and smelled fresh

Even with a coat of fresh paint, needs a thorough cleaning, especially bathroom. No hot water for bathing, barely luke warm. Need to update website, no coffee shop.
