Cons -
- We were locked out of our room for 45 min. Found mold on bread at breakfast. When asking for a discount the manager became short. A managers job should be to de-escalate a situation. And I killed a cockroach in our bathroom at midnight. Disappointed.

- No room service during 3 day trip so no towels when asked were rude. Bathtub broken ran continuously all day and night. The refrigerator froze everything in it. The breakfast was terrible. Breads and muffins were stale, eggs were powdered and unflavored.
