What Guests Loved

Pros +
- Location and room.
- Big room, nice kitchen, easy to get to off US 27.
- Location was perfect for our stay in Sebring. It was cold and rainy so we enjoyed having a large room to stay and call home while in town. We would have loved to use the complimentary bicycles, but with cold weather the hot tub was a more enjoyable choice
Cons -
- Hotel staff was rude.
- My lock did not work. Took 2 calls to front desk for maintenance to come and did not fix it. Told, "We're looking after 2 properties so we can't get to yours." Really?? Also, staff did not wear masks. Will NOT be staying here again.
- breakfast not what expected.

Room, staff
breakfast not what expected.
I liked that it was close to everything. Loved that it had a small kitchen and balcony.
Yes, the wasps nest on our balcony and ill the spiders as well! The unaccommodating front desk person also! The breakfast was disgusting as could be and nothing as promised not even close!
Hot tub and pool. Gas grill was excellent and had plates and utensils in our room. Kitchen was nice. Free parking.
The breakfast hag. No other word describes her. Dont ask for two of anything, dont ask for milk with your cereal, dont show up at 9:30 expecting to get breakfast that ends at 9:30. The quality of the breakfast and hotel staff was awful for a 2 star hotel.
Full kitchen dishes and all very peaceful clean great stay
Great Amenities as Free Parking, Free Internet, Free Cable with inspiring channels. Love the colors in the room. The room was clean and easily accessible. Customer Service was excellent.
This Hotel was great. Clean Nice good free breakfast Polite Staff Good workout room. Nicely Kept Even Bicycles for the guest to use free of charge. I would stay here again
Staff friendly, cocktail time pleasant
Parking lot nightmare..construction everywhere, no notification of where to park.Jacuzzi not functioning. When I booked/requested other view of building, but was told when arrived requests must go thru Corp. but for linens to be changed twice, was not done.
Good breakfast
There was a dirty hand towel left in my room. The bedroom door kept banging the entertainment center in the room when the door was opened. If the door remained open it was hard to view the TV.
The view was incredible
The staff was friendly!
The location, but I enjoyed the stay.
