No carpet in room -which I like. Clean towels. Fridge.

It is very worn out & needs attention/renovation. Run down appearance- rust on door locks to room & bathroom pull bars, old tv has few channels, breakfast not well monitored ran out at 2nd of 3 hours, odor in room, creeky bed, scuffed up furniture

Pool out of service. Whole place run down. Bathrooms out of order. . Multiple key activations didn't work. Locks out. Maint had to go thru window.Had to change rooms. Poor wifi and tv reception. Receptionist uncaring and unprofessional .Horrible place.

The rooms were clean and it was close to everything we needed

We only chose this hotel because we heard it had the best pool in town. Unfortunately the pools were closed and we?re over. Ran with algae at no point in time. Did anyone try to make us aware that the pool was not in service.

Very limited "included breakfast" no juice or option to get water.

My door lock was continuously not unlocking and I had to make multiple trips to the front desk to get it resolved and ended in me missing a appointment with a client. Very frustrating and ended in me checking out early

Yes the fridge didn't get cold it had a phone in the room with wire torn out of it

The room given ( # 100 ) Room was dirty Shortage of Bath towel and soap n shampoo I?ve informed 3 times at front desk a lady who checked me in to send me a bath towel n soap n shampoo but she never listened my request . Front desk people very rude anywy

Deposit for room being extra, dont care for the pillows, but i dont have mine.

Right beside highway

"Renovation" very substandard. Toilet ran constantly: had to remove lid and shut off by hand. VERY basic TV. Card key didn't light up so we thought it didn't work. Ugly vinyl floor. Bed frame made a loud noise when one would lie down. Cheap breakfast.

Dirty, broken Ac, killed two roaches in the bathroom myself.

Yes the Hotel staff is very unprofessional , asked for a late check out , due to me checking in past midnight .. was advised the prorate fee to check out at 3 is 28.99 .. I declined and began to pack to get our belongings out of the room.

The staff is nice, it¿s close to the hospital for visiting patients.

The TV had very few channels, mostly local cable. I saw a multitude of insects, cockroach in the bed, a little crawling thing on the sheets, and a big and crawled on me. The AC wouldn¿t cool the room. I was sweating it out.

the pool is dirty people make barbecue in the parking lot shoes and trash at the doors

Location for what we were there for

Large groups of homeless and drug addicted people living there and hanging around all day and night

The carpet was poorly stained. Looked like pet stains.

It was fairly clean

Bed was creaky, place seemed like it was not renovated in the last 40 years Breakfast was below average. No working phone in room to call front desk. WiFi did not function until time I checked out.

There were dead cockroaches in the bathroom, the internet didn't work and there were burn holes in the bedspread.

There was a party in the conference room and the music was so loud that I could hear it my room that was in back of the motel. I got there at 8pm and left at 10pm. Two hours and I left.
