Very Clean room. Loved the wagon with chairs/umbrella for beach. The keyless entry is awesome!

No microwave and only smart tv( you have to use your own accounts )

The bigger apartments with the kitchenette are great and very elegant. The hotel had free WiFi and free parking. It offered beach chairs, umbrella and all the stuff you need for the beach. Also the personal stuff was very friendly.

Amenities. Snacks, water, paddle board, bike, beach wagon, chairs, umbrella.

The property was nicely designed and comfortable. We really enjoyed using the bicycles to ride around town. We were very happy with the surprise of the lemonade and sweet treat in the refrigerator. The decor was nice and beachy.

Really the only thing we didn’t like was that the water from the shower would spill outside into the bathroom because the glass partition was a bit too short.

Wow! Where do I start? We stayed for just two (2) nights and it was absolutely FANTASTIC! This boutique motel has EVERYTHING you need for a relaxing getaway! From the beautiful decor to the outstanding and welcoming manager (Gur), we are already looking forward to our next stay. Five stars out of five stars - all the way!!!!!

Very good location (steps from the beach and less than 5min drive to St Armand's circle). The apartment is renovated and has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Although all the check-in process is contactless, the crew was very responsive.

Everything! The unit is cozy with all its details. The kitchen, the microwave wow !, all the supplies, towels, clean, extras for the beach, location, the common amenities. Just beautiful! We would not go to any other place in Sarasota

The property is a beautiful balance of colorful elegant beach vibe, utility, privacy and community spaces. Each of the limited 7 rooms are equipped with your complete beach kit- wagon, umbrella, folding chairs, ice box ! Truly wonderful! The staff are friendly and helpful and it’s a 5 minute walk at worst to the glorious blue ocean!

Location was great, clean room, easy access to beach

That there wasn't any staff on premises the entire time we were there. One of the nights a group of 30 ppl were being loud and rowdy at 2am and some people ran through the property waking us up and unsure of what to do. I called the numbers provided but both went to voicemail.

Everything included, great kitchen area for all guests, comfy beds and pillows, nice shower and kitchen area in room, amazing location to beach and short walk to Armand circle. Marco our staff guy was very helpful and kind!

Location and decor

The size I selected was very hard for 2 adults to get around. I wish there had been a luggage rack and I didn’t like the shower products or the antiseptic hand soap.

Very clean - room and grounds, very comfortable room, great decor, and amenities. No surprises. Very close to the beach and the motel supplied a cart, chairs and umbrella. Very responsive management. Highly recommend.

Could not ask for a better location. Going to the beach across the street with included chairs, umbrella, cart and cooler was very convenient. Short walk to Armand’s circle for restaurants and shops. Definitely would go back.

Loved how quiet and secluded the room was. Very very clean and lots of little extras like a fully furnished kitchenette with all utensils and cookware.

Nothing, everything was perfect. Our ceiling fan stopped working mid stay but we called the number available and notified them of the issue. Thankfully we brought a little fan with us, turned it off most days because the room stayed nice and cool where we set the thermostat

Great stay. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed. Exceptionally clean. Beach chairs, umbrella and wagon, and towels provided. 5 minute walk to beach and lido pool and easy 13 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Came for Orioles baseball spring training. 15 minute drive to stadium. Made everything we wanted to do very easy to get to. Will definitely come back!
