Proximity to Ringling and the size of the rooms

I did not like having a room next to a busy road. I also commented to the front desk about the pillows and that they needed replacement. Yes the hotel is going is undergoing renovation which I believe is very much needed. The price was great.

the front desk is phenomenal. The people who work here are lovely.

The outside road noise was completely unexpected. It made a good night of rest difficult. This was a letdown!

Staff at the front desk was extremely friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There were roaches in the room and only one staff member at the helpdesk upon arrival. It took her hours to ressolve an issue with one customer before she could take care of the rest.

Loved the room! It was spacious. The bathroom was updated. Love that it just had a shower. I was impressed that liquid soap, moisturizer, shampoo & conditioner were provided.

The breakfast was not very good.

Had to switch rooms because the bathroom door was not closing. It was a hassle to move my things to another room . I got to the new room, the bathroom did not have bath towels. Girl at front desk said she was going to get me towels but never did.

Booked 7 days. The first and only two times we went down for breakfast, the staff told us closing 30 minutes before breakfast was supposed to be over. Housekeeping was rude. The pool was closed and there was no compensation. NO 8+ experience for sure

Location and staff . Staff was helpful when issues arose.

Filters in air conditioner and bathroom fan need to be changed more regularly. Bathroom was visibly dirty and clogged. Air conditioner showed mildew accumulation.

The staff at this hotel are outstanding, very caring and helpful, they make you feel at home and very comfortable. This hotel is very clean and has an excellent location.

No, everything was excellent

What a great room ! All you could ask for in a extended stay suite type experience. Housekeeping was very helpful and friendly. Room was quiet, pool and cooking grill were a plus.

Lobby was nice, staff was friendly

Horrible traffic noise from busy street in front of the hotel. Made it impossible to sleep. Pool was not heated freezing water

The staff was wonderful! I can¿t remember his name but there was an exceptional gentleman working at the desk on 10/27 in the evening was the nicest person I have ever encountered at a hotel. He deserves more than 5 stars!!

The couch and chair in my room were a little worn but no biggie

The location were perfect for the event that we went to.apart from that ,if we don¿t ask for clean linens and to change the sheets we have to used the same ones every day.

Modern, clean and a lot of space in the room

The cleanliness of the lobby and our room,the front desk was awesome in assisting us with check-in and the young lady who worked the front desk overnight Sunday was awesome in assisting us when my daughter had a medical emergency.

Everything Was Phenomenal

IT's NOT KIDS FRIENDLY HOTEL! I was surprised from their Front Office Manager how she was VERY RUDE. We had 7 rooms booked, NO POOL TOWELS, NO ROOM CLEANING, hot water for tea with coffee, and when u complain, she said GO TO DIFFERENT HOTEL

The ice machine worked. House keeping was very good.

-The Staff -Burnt Coffee -Horrible breakfast items, if and when it was stocked -Extremely loud -Very filthy pool -Old and pitted beds -Bad water pressure in shower, when maintenance took off shower head it was full of black and green particles.

The staff was excellent, beds comfy, breakfast good selection.

Street noise on backside, bldg has no insulation to contain the noise which is 24/7. I felt like I was sleeping on the highway.I expected more being a Hilton. It really was disappointing for --- a night during the week !

The rooms are spacious and clean. All staff members are friendly and helpful.
