The location was perfect - walkable to many sightseeing spots, restaurants and cultural attractions. The hotel itself was spotless, peaceful and very comfortable.

I prefer FREE Oarkimg. I had to use the connected Parking Garage It only cost me $10 for one night.

No coffee in the room and the remote didn?t work. The staff took care of everything promptly.

Location is great if you want walking access to a host of really good restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very quiet hotel. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I was on the 7th floor and did not hear anything above me from the pool or bar.

Destination fee is ridiculous when you aren¿t actually using anything that is offered for the fee. I don¿t want to spend $28 or whatever it was for the ¿luxury¿ of playing a ukulele in my room.

The architecture and design

The staff was not very competent regarding some problems that happened with the elevator communicating the solution to the problem it was pretty inconvenient. Additionally, in the mornings, there is very limited coffee selection available for guests

Very clean and great atmosphere

If I had to be picky the one thing was the female bartender at night. We asked where the signature cocktail was and very she says I have no idea what you¿re talking about.

I liked the art display, pool on your rooftop., food was good the front desk was very helpful. The men parking our car were helpful with answering our questions.

In the pool area the cabana s were roped off when I went up there, nobody around , I just wanted to get out of the wind.

The location is perfect. I enjoyed the art display and nightly music.

I was charged $30 valet and $33 for resort fee. It was $126 additional fee for two nights- Excessive!

Hotel room was beautiful and spacious. Modern & clean.

The restaurant staff was extremely friendly and wore masks.

Poor COVID protocol. Pool area extremely small. There were not enough chairs for guest and was upset to learn several locals were utilizing the pool on resort passes.

Rooftop pool & staff at rooftop bar. Also front desk staff & housekeeping were enthusiastic & kind. Hotel has enchanting touches including a blue ukulele in our room. Fitness room was in great shape.

I don't like parking garage. While inside hotel & around front entrance is immaculate, the parking garage windows are dirty, the floors are dirty looking & there was a unpleasant smell.

Beautiful hotel within a block of Main Street restaurants and bars. Staff was impressive as the beauty. Very close to the water and islands. Everything we needed was walking distance. The best hotel of our entire stay in Sarasota/Tampa.

For the price, not even a free bottle of water. Instead a $5.00 charge to which they added a 20% tip/service charge. I have stayed in hotels at this price point that offered breakfast, and a free bottle of water. At this price point, I would not recomm

Upon arrival I was told about a bunch of hidden charges that I did not know about including a double booking that I was not aware about. I booked two nights one room and instead they¿ve charged me for two rooms two nights.They refused to work with me

The hotel is very clean and very modern, however the pool was closed due to a wedding and I was not told prior to booking. The restaurant downstairs was also closed two of the nights we were there because of engagements. Way too many hidden charges

Bed was the most comfortable. I slept amazing. Room was roomy, clean & comfortable. Rooftop swimming pool, lounge area, bar were great.

I thought it said in the description that they provided shuttle to/from the airport but they said they do not do that ever & with covid no shuttle service anywhere.
