Big rooms.

Shower is very narrow, have to stand to side of controls to take shower.

Location

No parking. Must pay valet parking or find parking on street. For the grand total it cost me, I don't think it was worth it.

I'd work on having the bartender at the bar when it's open. After dinner out, I wanted a martini. There were five or six people sitting at the bar with drinks. I waited 10 minutes and left after he never showed up.

Should at minimum serve some type of free breakfast with the stay. Even much lower tier hotels do this, what they do sell their for breakfast is not much of a choice and not worth the cost.

Pago de valet parking y no dan informacion que puedes estacionara afuera despues de las 8 pm hasta las 11 am o dar alguna otra opcion, ni front desk ni los valet parking te dicen nada solo paga los 20$ diario, la atencion de front desk muy mala.

Friendly Staff, very professional, Quiet and peaceful stay, affordable Valet or free street overnight parking, excellent wifi for my morning online meetings. Highly recommended.

Location and price. It¿s a very short walk to all the shops, restaurants and drinkeries in downtown Sarasota.

The have those damn liquid body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower and they didn¿t even have a bar soap dish or a little shelf to set your own bottle of shampoo or bar of soap if you don¿t like their offered products.

The gentleman that checked us in could¿ve been welcoming - he changed our room immediately when he saw our puppy? We paid $20/ day for parking The alternate rm was very dusty not cleaned. Had to dust plug for charger. The AM staff were def kinder!

Clean and modern hotel in a nice area of the city. Just a small cafe in the hotel, but there are some good restaurants in the area just a 5 min walk away. Would book it again.

No option for free parking nearby. Valet is $18 which is okay but adds another few $ to the price. Could be included as the hotel is not cheap. Could hear some noise through the wall but not too much.

1) The hotel staff and customer service was very poor..not accommodating or seemed to care about my concerns of room conditions 2)There was situation with a guest placed in an adjoining room next to mine who made strange and loud noises 3) Thin walls

Perfect location for Sarasota business or pleasure. Pet friendly was noticeable. And accommodating and helpful Personnel House keeping nearly impeccable. Great pool area and lounge area with live music and craft cocktails.

The hotel could accommodate patron vehicles with free parking.Not any help loading or un loading baggage. I was pre paid for 7 days stay . I stayed three nights and a mandatory evacuation of this hotel on Tuesday put me into a shelter for two days

We only stayed one night but the staff and location were excellent.

Room and bed were comfortable. Location was excellent for walking to marina and downtown restaurants and bars.

Wish it had better linens, thicker duvet/comforter. Also AC handler inside room was loud.

2 elevators for a 10 story hotel, one was out of service- long waits. fire alarm went off, virtually no help from staff during this. shower grout stained/mildew, parking a hassle, valet only, and only 1 valet on staff

Could not control thermostat so it was either hot or cold. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable woke up with a back pain. And the rooms smelled. Not at all worth the money I spent

I don¿t like the fact that the rooms are not cleaned and you have to ask for clean towels, the sheets were not changed the during our 4 nights we had to request for the trash to be cleaned, the bathroom door was off the slide l was stuck in there for 30m.
