The staff were all extremely friendly and very accommodating. I wish I could remember all of their names. I know the front desk guy was kind and helpful and went out of his way to make our experience great!

No everything was above and beyond our expectations

The breakfast is always a money saver when you?re out for the weekend with young children!

The location wasn?t bothersome I?d just prefer to be within walking distance of connivence store/food opposed to driving.

No dresser to store clothes in and no safe in the room. The continental breakfast was cold through the week. On the weekend the continental breakfast was hot and more of a variety of food

Some of the front desk staff talking loudly on personal personal phone while guest in lobby area. Also shuttle service was not available and according to staff hadn't been in years but still offered, should be removed from sites.

The worst Marriott property we've experienced. Last minute booking due to flight change. Beat up hotel, not clean, pool decrepit and full of leaves, breakfast not replenished and bad. Bathroom old with stains and peeling.

The facility is in need of refresh remodel¿the room was not cleaned well¿dirty towel hanging up¿the shower needed the floor cleaned with a brush¿the towel rack fell down when bumped¿very dissatisfied and when raised concerns to staff they simply shrugged

The elevator was broke. There were no towels to shower with, I have NEVER had to bring dirty towels to the front desk to get new ones. Also the gym was under construction and that was not stated on the website when I booked or I would have never stayed

Breakfast was OK.

Room was kinda dark. Fitness center was closed and there was renovation on the first floor. The glass door to my shower fell off its hinges in the middle of the night and shattered.. Could have been a disaster if I were in the shower at the time.

The suite was beautiful. The staff was very friendly.

One of the TVs was not working. And the hotel was partially under construction. And the fitness center was closed.

This hotel was supposedly a three star hotel with 8.5/10 rating. This is absurd. There were yellow stains all over the sheets. The carpet was wet and had multiple stains, including some large red ones. This was extremely upsetting and disgusting.

Yes. Room was not very clean. Nothing like advertised. Breakfast was a joke.

The suite was very nice.

Breakfast was lousy. We were given a suite with a view of the roof. Also, very loud noise from room above ours late at night. We had to call the front desk twice to have the situation rectified. No daily maid service.

Good location for Ringling Museum and downtown Sarasota.

Mildew showers, no grab bar in shower, no drawers for your clothes, breakfast was a joke with staff not bothering to refill anything. There are lots of hotels in the same general area. Stay someplace else.
