A/C unit blew out musty air, sounded kinda weird. Entrance is full of pot holes.

Elevator out of order--wife is disabled and had to walk up to 2nd fl room

Absolutely deplorable, and uninhabitable.

They took payment for one night because I “checked in” even though I left an hour later due to a roach infestation, black mold in the bathroom and absolutely filthy furniture

Bathroom walls need some cleaning and paint and sink need really scrub and clean

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Elevator was not working. Lamps in the room were rusty and the love seat was shoddy.

The room door lock was mechanically broken and not repairable. The handicap side door lock was broken. The pool and exercise room were not usable. Homeless people everywhere Exterior unkept and felt unsafe walking dog Stay away

The smell in the hallway so overwhelming at times. . Our room smelled like animal pee

We had a room with a barking dog next door and another barking dog across the hall. The room was dirty and smelled bad.

We liked the location and the price of this hotel. The La Quinta line has served us well in the past.

The breakfast was just ok. The eggs did not seem like eggs but a thick yellow jeletous material. The sausage was undercooked and cold. We bypassed the breakfast after. Our bathroom was moldy and there were no doors on the closet/no wall pictures. Noisy.

terribly dirty and well used. staff was not friendly immediately upon arrival. There was a leak over the shower in the room. There was a plumbing leak over the breakfast bar and they continued to serve breakfast while the leak took place. Gross!!!1

We were in desperate need to get a hotel and John at the front desk was very helpful. The staff is the only thing that seem to be right with this hotel.

This hotel is very rundown. Our first room, the sink was leaking and you can tell underneath it had been leaking for a while because the wood was rotted. The toilet black water was leaking. They had to move us to another room. And that room had issues too

Couches as you walk in are filthy & stained. Through in garbage and you get another star. A LOT of stuff doesn't work and a lot needing repair ... serious repairs. They are working on place though.

The staff was kind and helpful. The location is good.

This hotel is a hot mess. It should not be open while it is undergoing renovation. It is filthy and falling apart. Shut it down. Renovate. THEN re-open.

There was a girl in the morning of 12/10 setting up for breakfast who was very pleasant and informative on hotel offerings

The hotel looked like it was needing refurbished. Our room had stains on the carpet and when pulling back the blanket to get in bed I found a roach in the sheets as well as in the refrigerator. The weekend breakfast was later than the weekly breakfast

Bad experience

Yes got locked in room. Nobody let me out doorknob broke I'm my hand. And cut me I bring it to there attention then to not give me another room tell me I'm not welcome back. Going to have to turn them in B.B.B one of the announcingnumber of room allowed

All the staff were friendly and helpful. (FDM) always has the warmest smile n a happy hello.

Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, conviently located near stores, restaurants, and the airport preparing us for an early flight saving us money off the beach front the night we landed and the early morning departing. We will be back.

Room in front of the "elevator" the 1st night and they were not flexable in changing it when reqested at checkin. There were other rooms available too. So hmm. Wasn't pleased about that.

The tv was broken- the door lock was missing screws. We chnaged rooms also because it was dirty. The next room smelled like smoke and was also dirty. I had a competition in the early morning and didn¿t want to bother switching rooms again and dealt with

It's close to downtown Sarasota and Lifo Beach. Also, there's a few things in walking distance.

This hotel is extremely outdated and feels like a time capsule, in a bad way. The AC didn't cool the room, so we slept sweating.
