Noisy A/C Very mediocre breakfast

The bedding & pillows were so comfortable. The color of the bedroom & bedding was pleasing. The fan worked great on the air conditioning unit. There was carpet! The picture on the wall was my deciding factor for choosing this hotel over another.

Would rather have pancakes than waffles & some good cream filled donuts

Room size was spacious, front desk clerk was friendly and helpful with area restaurant recommendations, bed comfort was exceptional and the morning breakfast was outstanding. What an unexpected, pleasant experience!

Broken tv, broken phone, broken bottles in bathroom, staff unprofessional and unresponsive, forgot my wake up call, ice machine broken, rude front desk

It was a great shock to know that we were received and treated very badly by your manager that day on Sunday May 25, 2025 and we arrived in the afternoon exactly to check in and when we were going to settle in we were told that we had to pay for pets and

The front desk guy was very condensending and rude to my husband!! The breakfast was horrible and the shower was really weird.

Very friendly staff, rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is convenient to beaches and downtown.

Breakfast is not a 10, a little poor for the stars and the prices for the rooms. And they clean your room every other day.

Breakfast was good. AC very nice and cold. Clean room and bathroom was nice. Good cable. With in 20 minutes you can be at the beach. 15 minutes or less you can be at the town center. About 3 minutes from the airport.

The hotel is literally at the outskirts of Sarasota airport, perfect for our AM flight. You can get to the airport and car rental return from the back exit of hotel's parking lot. Under 8 minutes to shopping conveniences too.

Beds were lumpy and squeaky, very uncomfortable. Bathroom could use an update

The ac/heat unit did not work and staff did not enter the room because we had put a do not enter sign on the door. That I guess that was our fault. We thought they would knock and enter the room to fix the unit. They didn't and the unit was not fixed.

Ivory the operations manager was excellent and followed up on several issues involving our stay.

No towels in the room. We had washcloths and hand towels. Desk staff blamed a lot of guests with new staff as the issue.

Spacious and comfortable room and bathroom.

Shower water pressure was on the low side.

Great welcome and service from front desk clerk; Fred. Room was clean, updated including the bathroom, and breakfast was the standard Hampton fare.

Everyone at the front desk was excellent - super friendly and very accommodating. We didn't arrive until after 11 pm and they had overbooked, but were very nice about it and shuttled us over to another hotel. They were apologetic and nice!!!

Strange chlorine like smell in hall and room first night and somewhat second night. Smelled helical like pool or cleaning product.
