Filthy, received by a big cockroach at the room, had do buy cleaning items to feel a little bit better....my apt was being rented fumigation and had to be out 3 days.

Very dirty Balcon is not clean. You can sit down bath shower was dark in the bottom wall and around was dirty floor in the bathroom no clean. I don?t believe why this hotel is open in beautiful area Sarasota very dirty outside before you get in the room

Staff is very rude... It's not a 24/7 front desk after 8pm they lock the main office then you have to call the hotels number and someone will come. I believe the staff lives at the hotel. Also the hotel is very outdated and needs renovation.

Room smelled like it wasn't cleaned. Hallway was filled with pot smoke. Breakfast was horrible. Hallway smelled moldy .... One of the worst experiences of my life.

The hotel location is close to essential shopping, dining and healthcare services. Its staff is very helpful and friendly. The facility is basically adequate, albeit a bit dated.

The breakfast room is very tight. It is too easy to bump into fellow guests. Could use a bit better food selection.

Quiet environment, friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean pool and lounge chairs by the pool. Free breakfast, free internet, free parking.

Door to the freezer compartment in the refrigerator was missing. My glass of cold water actually froze. I turned the "cold" to a lesser number to prevent my grapes from freezing. It worked.

The hotel is an older hotel that is very clean and secure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed 2 weekends in a row and is a good value for the location.

The Location was good for our stay in Sarasota.

Our room was gritty. The towels were so thin you could see though them. The Desk Clerk did not explain that if we paid the room deposit with a credit card that iy be a 5 day delay in getting the deposit refunded. Cash deposits are refunded immediately.

The smell was like a urine odor in the hallways. Towels were like sandpaper, no softeners.

Clean but small

problem was the bathroom.They need to change their toilets as they are really old, small and low to the ground. We are 5"6" tall but almost fell as the level of their toilets were so low.PLease advise them to replace.Breakfast was less than continental

The A/C heat unit didn't work and didn't even have an outlet to plug it into. Also, it smelled a little weird. We bought an air freshener across the street at the supermarket.

The hotel is not clean. It was obvious they had just quickly run a vacuum over the middle of the floors but nowhere around the corners. There were crumbs around the floors and in the chairs.

HORRIBLE AWFUL ATROCIOUS MOLDY STUFFY SMELL OF CARPET. BATHTUB DOESN'T DRAIN NO DRAINS SLOWLY VERY SLOWLY AND WEAR SHOWER SHOES

Courteous staff, clean room/bathroom, comfortable bed, free WiFi and great TV service, good basic breakfast, great coffee, close to Publix, ample parking, quiet.
