Breakfast are is laid out badly. So much is a bottleneck that I just grabbed a banana and left.

It was clean ,bed was amazing king size, room smelled great, looked new, and location by the highway was what we were looking for. Plenty of parking. Pool looker nice its small and shared with thier sister hotel we didnt use it .

Breakfast ends too early at 9 especially on weekends- so we didnt get to enjoy it. Cleaning crew was ok they basically went to make the bed,didnt vacuum bc the sand was still there so might need to let them know also one day they didnt even go.

Walls are super thin. You can hear your neighbors on sides and top very easily, whether it's the TV, walking or just talking. It's located by 2 busy streets. Vehicles are easily heard passing while inside your room. Also, our room had a weird smell to it.

The employees were awesome and helpful!

The water pressure was unacceptable. I have thick hair and could not wash it because of the water pressure.

Not really a dislike, but I missed the breakfast every day. Would have liked a prepackaged option that maybe could still be gotten past 9 am.

It was close to lots of food places and near HCA hospital which is what we were in the area for . The breakfast was also great.

OMG everything Excellent Customer Service from every one and the jotel was very relaxing and clean definitely I will come back.

Very streamlined and clean - NO dog smell at ALL. Nice staff too! The dog area always had waste bags - sidewalks and grassy parts to walk as well location was close to many many eating choices

No hanging do not disturb sign - that?s all!

For the price, breakfast was not plentiful or well diverse. Carpet in the room wasn¿t clean and there were footprints on the wall!

Location

Spartan room and lobby decor, but comfy beds and nice pool/Tiki Bar area. Sink in bathroom had faucets reversed: cold cane out of hot, hot out of cold-bit once we figured it out, it was fine. Room did have full fridge, bar sink and microwave:nice!
