Hyatt Place Sarasota Bradenton Airport

The staff moved my room when my leg caused me to have walking issues

There was construction going on

We love the room as it's quite big. The bathroom however is small and the door is a bit awkward its right by the toilet bowl.

We came when it is under renovation and we don't like the fact that it's quite messy at the lobby. The breakfast is chaotic..not enough table and seats. At this time I will not recommend to stay here maybe when it is done renovating the ground floor.

The air conditional wall unit was very loud and woke us up The water from the tap( brushing teeth- washing face) melted and tasted metallic ?? like iron

The space and hot water in shower

The bed hurt my back

Great location and staff was nice

The toilet in the room was making noises all night

Working hot tub and set up of king room

Bed was not comfortable. Hot items for Continental Breakfast were cold and overcooked.

Large comfortable room. Helpful staff. Large size fitness area

The staff were very accommodating and we got an early check in. They went above and beyond to help us get everything settled. Free breakfast is simple yet a good quick bite. Location is right across from airport. Washer and dryer for doing laundry $1.50.

The hot tub temperature is warm but it still doesn¿t work after 5 months. We went in April for spring break and it was broken during that trip as well.

Customer Service was great! Room was clean and so much space. Very quiet at night. Will stay here again!

No complaints

It was clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location to the beach was not accurate to what the website said.

It was more than we expected. We loved it. Staff was friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was hot, more choices than expected. Beds and pillows where comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

No....Loved everything

Hotel was extremely clean and the staff was great. The location was also very good and felt very safe at all times.

The breakfast was the same every single day and not very good- not a lot of variety. The pool could¿ve also had more umbrellas / shade.

everything was satisfactory except....

they really should do something about the bathroom in room #156. it is a chore even to try & turn around in there and water goes all over the floor when u shower. It really is very poorly done !!!

Every staff member we encountered were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and comfy.

Sofa bed could have had an updated mattress. We bought a foam topper for my son to make the sofa bed more comfortable.

Very clean and quiet. Room was very large and comfortable. Most excellent shower temp and pressure.Free Breakfast met our needs perfectly.

Very clean hotel! The breakfast was decent and staff friendly.

The only strange thing is that they don¿t clean the rooms daily. We generally choose not to have people in our room, but it may matter to some people.

Nice and clean hotel. The rooms are large.

The gym is in need of an update but there was a sign that said new equipment is coming soon.

It was a lovely property and the pool and spa was great. Great price for the hotel.

An area for smoking outside with a bench or something to sit on.

Convenient location

Putting kids on the same floor. At 10:30pm they were running down the hallway yelling and 2 older men were shouting (conversation) from one end to the other in the hall way

The location

below my expectations, there were many problems: refrigerator not working and not fixed until next day; the smoke detector went off every time I showered, the maids never came to my room, some staff were rude, glass in pkg. lot, trash overflowed outside
