Pros +
- Beach was huge. Walk to the water was a bit long but its great because there is a massive beach, so you are not right on top of other people. Great walking / riding trails. Good breakfast. Good staff. Nice, remodeled rooms.
- Clean, quiet, modern decor, breakfast

Cons -
- The fees were high. This hotel was not at all cheap. In spite of that they charge for parking but there is vacant parking all over the place. $20.00 per night for parking. It's just kind of a gotcha fee along with other fees.
- We would have preferred two bathrooms, elevators seemed slow to 9th floor, parking we had to pay for.
- Our room wasn't very clean, out coffee pot still had grounds from the last person. Some of the furniture had looked real torn up. Had a parking charge a day later called to inquire and front desk clerk was very rude. Not the quality from Marriott
