- Roomy
- room was what was expected for the most part and bed was comfy
- Staff was friendly and courteous. I love the fact that it was next-door to fat boy¿s BBQ they have excellent barbecue and fantastic breakfast. The room was clean and very roomy.

- No breakfast, no pool as advertised, no working is machine and no alternative. Staff not very friendly. Very dumpy and overpriced.
- Room smelled upon entry. In part due to the air being off or set at 79. Also there was no hot water in the morning, ran water for 10 mins and faucet, no hot water.
- They only provided us 3 pillows for 2 people. There were not enough towels. Only 2 of each bath hand & wash cloths. There was a trick to get the ice out of the ice machine. They provided me with the quarter and helped me get the ice.

The seafood restaurant that is that was 1 block away, and it was close to Forever Florida my destination.
There was construction going on and the desk clerk didn't know what she was doing if anything didn't line up. I could smell smoke every time someone from the room next door would smoke a cigarette.
they were helpful,friendly,and the owners were happy to help us with any needs I loved the rooms the space was great and it had many extras not expected. the price was great and i would go back and I would highly recommend it!!!!!!!!

Negative welcome. Unprofessional staffs, cheap appearance, owner n staff lives in the same motel.. There is a pool - just to claim. construction left over / debris next to the pool. No breakfast.
