Location is great, room was nice, staff and food were good as well.

The bathroom is tiny and needed some shower repair but that didnt take away from our great experience

Beautiful, historic building, with friendly, helpful, attentive staff. Room was beautifully decorated with all appropriate amenities. Love the free drink coupons, the martinis are excellent, and the free breakfast never disappoints!

Hotel has a quaint and historic charm. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Parking was provided and clear instructions were given to access the parking. A nice sitting room was included in the room.

The bedroom area of the room was extremely small and difficult to use. The bathroom was also very small and limited. The room exited to the back lot where workers were working early in the morning. The door included a very weak lock.

Hotel employee are the best.  the bartender is great. The staff and the location were perfect. If you are looking for a modern new place this is not it. If you are looking for historical cool place located near everything this is perfect

One male server was not so personable but not rude. The hot water. I loved my breakfast, eggs Benedict and Hemingway Eggs Benedict. My husband did not like the biscuts and gravy or the French toast they were dry.no refrigerator in room. Cooler with ice

Everything (food, drinks, and service) was outstanding! Cannot say enough about the customer service.

The room definitely is vintage. My two recommendations is probably update the decor a bit (curtains, etc.). The rooms are crowded with furniture that is not needed. New AC units.

Perfect little room tucked away in their secret garden. Room was very clean, the breakfast was awesome and the location is perfect for hitting all the shops and restaurants downtown has to offer.

I have no complaints. This was my 4th time staying here and will continue to stay in the future.

Fantastic location! Everything was walkable. Breakfast and a cocktail were included each day. The price was reasonable for the area.

There was a horrible old fish smell outside our room.

The location and free parking was excellent. But the breakfast and martini¿s were even better! We will be back!

The staff was very hospitable and made you feel welcome.

I wish there was a frig in the room. My insulin needs to be kept refrigerated and there was no way to do that except to go get ice in a bucket every day.

Excellent location, comfortable bed, breakfast and drink certificates were unexpected and greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, we arrived in a bad downpour and the gutter of the "main house" above the stairs made it like a huge waterfall on the stairs as we made our way into our room - no rain and would have had no issues.

The television would not turn off and the volume did not work. Had to unplug the television.

The location was perfect for walking to all of St. Augustine's major sites of interest. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

It desperately needs renovations. Our room had loose tiles in the bathroom, the water pressure was extremely low in the shower and there was only hot water for about 1 minute after turning it on. The location is great but it needs upgrades badly.

The air conditioning in the room was not working. Staff did upgrade us but our booked three night stay turned into only one night. I had to move to the Hilton and pay a higher rate for 2 nights. The Casablanca Inn did refund all my money.

The location is always a plus there. Gabrielle I believe was an outstanding host and did everything she could to correct the room issue but management over rode her.

Our ac was not working properly and the room was not to be occupied. They ended up.moving us to another room only to ask us to move back the day before our departure. We were told we wouldn't have to move prior.

EXCEPTIONAL staff - both in the hotel and the restaurant. Great location -- walkable and easy access to the bay. Free breakfast, parking and evening drinks and a balcony are reasons to choose this place. Also pet friendly - huge bonus.

Not recommended for light sleepers-lot of drunken noise until around 2:30am. Not recommended for scent sensitivities- entire restaurant + hotel smell like a horrid, over-powering cheap air freshener. The smell is terrible.

I loved the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Beautiful ambiance and decorations.

I had a lot of ants on my bed and when I asked for replacement sheets I was brought a bag of linens with makeup covered sheets for the bed. It took another phone call to the front office to then gets sheets that were clean.

The hotel was in the best location and the staff were extremely nice and helpful.

It was dirty. I had to wash my feet after walking from the bathroom to the bedroom to get my shoes. The bar and restaurant were dirty also.

Location and Breakfast

The hotel is very run down. The a/c in our room room wasn't working. The thermostat was set on 70 and the room temp never got below 77. The room was dirty, especially the floors. My feet were filthy just walking from the shower to the bed.
