- Did not get the room I booked and paid for . Got small room , no closet , bathtub next to bed, no hot tub , no choice on breakfast , Staff was awful they were never around , no clean towels . I paid $15 a day for them to clean room did not

- Light coming in through top of door at night. It was like leaving a light on in the room and I prefer it to be pitch black.

Central to everything downtown. Walked to everyplace we wanted to go. The staff was very pleasant and very helpful.

The location is the best. Everything is close by and the vibe is good.
For the price we paid it was very average. The room wasn't much better than a motel 8. Just very very average. The room was basically an efficiency in the backyard like you get in college
Location was great for Old Town St. Augustine Owner's were super nice and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again!

The manager/owner was plainly unconcerned with the ordeal we experienced due to a hotel-related parking issue which caused us a great deal of time and aggravation. The manager/owner demonstrated a complete lack of understanding of guest satisfaction.
