Location and cleanliness

They decide to do renovations and shut off the water in the hotel between 11 o’clock at night and six in the morning without informing us until two hours before and we were sightseeing at the time. I was very disappointed in a hotel of this caliber

After checking in, we received a text asking if we needed anything? By he time we returned to the room a bucket of ice was waiting for us for our champagne.

We loved the Casa Monica. It was right in the hub of all the sights of St. Augustine. We walked everywhere from our hotel. It was a beautiful hotel and the rooms were very comfortable. Wonderful dining room and lounge.

The shower pressure was low and it kept going from very hot to warm.

Staff was exceptional, hotel has ¿wow¿ factor, excellent location

Cleanliness was lacking. No mini fridge. Tv was outdated

The check-in and regular front desk staff were awesome .

I felt the restaurant was overpriced for what you would expect from a high star Marriot, both in price and service.

Location! Right across Flager college. Minutes from shopping and dining. Beutyful and cozy ambiente. ALSO PET FRIENDLY.

Amazing location!! Right at the heart of the Historic St Augustine District. We had so much fun being able to walk right out of our hotel and sightsee everything. Would stay again for the convenience.

Although the room was clean, ours had a window that was so high from the floor you couldn’t see out. Only saw the sky and rooftop. Felt closed in...would double check on the room type if we return.

The casa Monica was a beautiful hotel close to everything downtown st augustine

The staff were accommodating and helpful. The hotel and pool area were in good, clean condition. Some amenities were unavailable, which was understandable, however access to the Beach Club was a great surprise!!

We purchased the “Stay for breakfast” package and it was frankly, disappointing. The service was extraordinarily slow and the menu was quite limited. Additionally, we are in the hotel bar the first evening and it was incredibly slow and disappointing

We had a great stay at Casa Monica! It has old-school character and a great location in the center of the historic district of St. Augustine. Plus, it was clean and it has an amazing pool - and it has a shuttle to a private beach club.

Standard size toilet in handicap room. Charged extra $22.00 a day resort fee that was located miles down the road and didn't use..

I really enjoyed the historical look and feel of the hotel. It is elegantly decorated with Spanish style artwork. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location was perfectly situated a short walk from everything.

We got THE WORST ROOM IN THE HOTEL. Next to the elevator, we heard loud voices throughout the stay, including at 2 AM for quite a while. It also faced the main street and ony one floor up, one could hear rowdy partiers, horses clomping, loud cars, etc.

They had a sign and autographed photo of Bill Clinton in the lobby. They should not be promoting a visit by an accused rapist to their property.
