City Express by Marriott St. Augustine

Absolutely disgusting, did not stay there was very unsafe. Door did not lock, the bedding was stained. I left without even putting my bag down and had to pay for another hotel.

The hotel was disgustingly, absolutely filthy. My door did not lock, the smell coming out of the room was horrid. I did not stay there, I left and had to pay for another hotel. I need a full refund. I sent the video of the conditions.

Proximity to downtown area, soft bed

Everything in the bathroom was discolored and they used cheap paint to cover peeling paint in shower and even on toilet seat.

Blow dryer did not work only put out sparks and smoke. I reported it twice with nothing being done. Room service was not done and no clean towels were left for second day.

Filthy Bathroom Tub and Bathroom Comote .

I hardly had interaction with the staff, so I have little to say about them. When I filed my complaint, the person at the front desk was attentive, wrote down my complaints, and was very kind.

The carpet was stained, but I didn't think it was filthy until I noticed the bottom of my feet. My feet looked like they had walked in mud after they dried.

Everything was very old , carp was very old very big dirty stains in it and felt very nasty walking barefoot bad to wear shoes entire time and the tub was awful ? big old old dirty stains from 1980 and it wasn?t a microwave Room was beneath the standard'

the carpet was very dirty and wet, the mattress wired, Bathroom too small . shawer tap I guess peace of tire was use to hold. cockroach in our room . . we could sleep all night waitning to check out to another Hotel . very scary

Leaving it. The hotel was disgusting. So dirty. They never cleaned the room. They never brought towels. The room was so humid even with the AC on the carpet was wet and my clothes stayed damp. I had to use my asthma inhaler because of the mold.

There were blood syntaxes on the blankets and looked like pass on bed sheets. The hotel is nasty and old like never before. I will never book a "country in and suites". If there was negative ratings I would give this place one. NASTY

Very dated. Gym was an old rusty machine, business centre computer did not work.

Staff was friendly

Room was beyond the need of a remodel. Carpet was stained and the tub had been painted to cover the rust. The mattress was extremely cheap. I would not recommend this hotel or any in the choice brand.

The workstation was down. The manager made sure that I coujd print out my legal documents. He went beyond what I expected. The staff was great. Icouidnt have asked for better service.

Seriously: French toast and waffles with syrup was Sugar Suicide. Parents do not want that much sugar for their kids. Older people do not want to become diabetic. Put some gravy in a crock pot. And purchase pre-cooked sausage/crumble it in.
