Breakfast is okay.

Room looks like there is a dog pee and smells very bad. Requested to transfer different room. Sheets there is a stain. Dirty and untidy room 109 transfer to Rm.105. The staff he was nice that night he granted our request to transfer different room.

Close to where I was going. At my price range. Great staff and rooms.

Bed not the greatest, toilets are round bowls, not very friendly to someone over 6 ft... Elongated bowls are the norm but this is personal preference.

on ground level. next to stop light intersection and shopping just a few 100 feet away! also next to Cannabis store that was a PLUS!

the frigerator was sub standard did not keep my Insulin at 45 deg and the desk clerk said i should have given him my meds and he'd put his frigerator. like NO i won't!

Bed comfortable. Very quiet location.

The coffee was not good. The water smelled from the sink faucet. Also no place to sit. Picture showd chair but no chair only steel chairs - not great for reading.

The location was perfect. We could walk to the beach. The pool was sparkly clean and very refreshnig after a hot day at the beach.

There were lots of small roaches in the room. Yes, this is Florida, so there's bound to be roaches, but we weren't expecting to find so many. The hotel should do more about pest control.

The place was musky and smelt bad, the location was not near the beach like we wanted, the night worker was a weirdo and kept watching us! They made us give them our dirty towels to get clean towels

It was very cozy, room was up to date, everything worked as expected. Staff was friendly and its literally a 10 minute walk to one of the nicest all white sand beaches in FLORIDA! Area near the hotel is very safe and you can even walk to grocery store.

The blankets are a bit outdated and the bed was not the most comfortable. Not a huge complaint but if they updated the blankets it would look even better. I would still stay here again if in the area even if nothing changed.

This motel was selected due to it's proximity to the St. Augustine Amphitheater, the venue where the Beach Boys were playing as well as the price.

No hot water for a shower. The staff was alerted at 9AM...when returned to shower and dress for the concert at 4 pm...there was still no hot water. I was provided another room to shower and that was minimally hot at best. We won't be staying here again!

Staff were kind and helpful. We needed some assistance on two occasions and they went above and beyond. We were visiting the grandkids.

The location and staff were nice.

The room was very musty. The fan in the bss was thrown and the AC were super noisy. The floors were dirty. The continental bfast had nothing for me ¿ gluten free.

Courteous professional front desk personnel. Room very clean with everything in good repair. Great location for visiting St Augustine.
