The pool was fabulous

No restaurant and the so called convenience store had very little product. A few places could use a color paint

It was a time share not a hotel. No daily cleaning of the rooms, had to call for clean towels. Soap, coffee etc. Had to pay a resort fee, we didn’t use anything there. It was maybe a 3 Star not a 4. Requested a queen or king, got 2 doubles. No othe

Facilities, Surroundings, Location and Cordial/Friendly environment and personnel.

Bathroom was not fully/properly cleaned and had complained twice, also shower had some issues and there's a lot of water waste, Bathtub was broken and patched. Admin lady gave us a one day credit back due to issue not been taken care off when reported.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the fast internet.

Rooms are filthy and run down. Dirt all over the floors and walls. There was a hole in the ceiling with falling drywall from obvious water damage. Water dripping from ceiling onto table right beside the pullout couch where children were sleeping.

We liked the size and the layout of our accommodations. The pool area was very nice!

Customer service left a lot to be desired. We spent 40 minutes trying to check-in. The resort tried to put us in a small one room unit with a sofa bed when we booked a two bedroom unit with two king beds. We had to produce our on-line reservation.

I liked the location and grounds were very well taken care of. The type of room was nice.

The room could have been a little cleaner.

Hotel employee at the front desk was a true pleasure. She definitely went above and beyond to accommodate my wife and I on our 10th anniversary

I liked the ability to text back and forth with the staff to get quick answers to questions, requests and concerns Top of the line on response times each time.

The only thing that was even a minor issue was the ponding of rain water in front of our room ( 214) door after rains. It was mopped up and a wet sign put up after request but continued to occur Something in remodel at least needs to be done to correct slope of entrance to unit sidewalk.

Everything was as described on Booking.com. Our family of six had ample room in our two bedroom unit. It was a short drive to most places to eat and the grocery store.

I under estimated the time it takes to get to St. Augustine Beach or Anastacia Beach. We were able to manage tho.

The facility was nice and clean.

When we checked we were told that if we attended a 2 hour information session about Blue green vacations we would be gifted a trolley pass, 60 dollar gift card, a chance to stay at a Blue green resort. We went to the session. It was 3 hours and instead of an opportunity to learn about Blue green it was a hard sale session. Every person we spoke to said we were there just to learn about Blue green and have the opportunity to buy in. When we said no thank you (multiple times), there were many questions by 3 different people as to why we were saying no. All of the people we spoke to were very polite, but we were in town for 2 and a half days. We wasted half a day. Had we been told it would take longer than 2 hours, we would have skipped it.

In room amenities.- Kitchenette with cutlery and dishes- In room laundry- Separate living space- screened in Balcony, although very smallGolf course in walking distance.

- Appearance of some objects was worn and dated. It appears it is being updated as needed. - Dishwasher and washer/dryer were very loud.

The manager Mason was extremely rude and unprofessional. We weren’t able to check in until after 5pm and then they tried to put us in two rooms instead of the 2 bedroom suite that we had paid for. The beds were very uncomfortable

Room size, pool

They do not provide breakfast. The balcony had bed smell, mattress not comfortable, the shower curtain was short and the water came out of the bathtub. The room was not well cleaned

Everything. Everyone was so so friendly, and helpful. They were so quick to answer any questions I had. The place e was so cream and was perfect for the family!

I wish they would have offered cocktails and appetizers by the pool. Otherwise, I would change nothing.

Breakfast? Didn't know one was offered. We cooked our own.

The Villa itself could use some updates. Furniture a bit outdated and very “worn in”. Found a baby rattle from a previous visitor in somewhat plain sight so housekeeping seems a bit suspect. In addition, upon check in, we were surprised to be told that there was a seminar on buying time shares and felt a little pressure to attend because it was “encouraged”. We were there for vacation, not to be part of a 2/3 hour seminar. Lastly, on our last night, the pool area was closed for an hour or two for “maintenance”. I believe there was a “health” issue in the pool involving a toddler so understandable, but still a bummer.

It was very clean. It was beautiful and the pool actually stayed open until 11 loved it.

Didn't have a restaurant or bar but that was easily adaptable. Because they let you bring your alcoholic drinks to the pool
