The customer service of the clerks at the counter, there were 2 different people and both reception clerks were great, I was pleasantly surprised.

I don't know about any other rooms but the floor in our room needed mopping, terribly. There wasn't any debris on the floor but it was dirty and blackened the bottoms of my bare feet in less than an hour.

We love this place. They have free breakfast delivery to your room, the staff is amazing and the place is very clean, and Perfect location

A/c noisy and leaking water, rust stain running down wall from high mounted a/c. Drip sound affected sleep.

clean, well kept up, landscaping was good looking. Very nice walk way to beach.

hot water needs working on. Switched constantly from luke warm to very hot. Breakfast needs major upgrade without extra charge. Checked out around 6am and front desk couldn't be found. Gentle running early shift wasn't very nice. Curtains need to be fixed

Breakfast delivered every morning and the pool was clean and well kept.

Nice beach location. Like the motel style entry to the rooms. Courtyard was very nice.

Room is on the smaller side and bathroom lacks counter space.

The decor is fabulous.

At first I appreciated the tile flooring. After closer inspection, and seeing the bottoms of my newly laundered slippers, I realized how dirty it was. The whole floor needs a good scrubbing with soap.

Staff is first rate. Location is first rate. Nice light breakfast! Rooms are small but perfectly appointed.

Could hear people talking almost every word next door. Too small. Light straming in from back windows you couldnt block out. Bed uncomfortable

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Room was great and as expected. Beach was easy access right in front of hotel. Location was very close to everything.

Only that it was very bright in the room at night due to ac light.

Nostalgic for us. First stayed there 52 years ago. Great location. Curb appeal!

No ice machine

The hotel location is the best part of the hotel as it is by the beach and has a private entry to the beach. The room service breakfast was nice too.

The hotel is dated, and the bed was very uncomfortable. The rooms are small for this price point. Resort fee was very high. There were roaches I had to kill and that is always a severe negative for me.

Breakfast deliver to your room, and close to the beach. The rooms smells, carpet need cleaning and the mattress are old and needed a replacement

The picture shows and in reality is totally different. The carpet smells and requests a room change, and got worse than the previous room.The evening rec. told me to wait in order to get additional soap. Overall will not stay at this hotel coming December

The staff was helpful/pleasant. Some areas of the room(woodwork/behind end tables/door panels) and some of the carpets needed to be really cleaned/replaced. Breakfast was nicely served in a basket;delivered to the room on time. Nice beach and pool.

No chairs or umbrellas for guests to take to the beach.

Was unable to receive a refund for leaving early and the room had a strong mold odor that made it almost unbearable. Will not recommend or return to this hotel.

while this is an older motel, it was clean, well-kept and the service was impeccable
