Staff is amazing! Very friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom was not clean, hair on towels, shower was disgusting, yellow film on shower walls and caulking was gross. Shower pan was making all kinds of crackling noises and no hot water in the shower. It only got Luke warm at full hot.

The cost of the room once compared to others

The room seemed to control itself with the temperature no matter what we set it on. Also the blind in the room did not work as it should have an we needed assistance to get it down and it never would go up again.

cleanliness of room

Very disappointed in being charged $20 for parking. I could understand if the hotel was in the old district, however it was a 15 minute walk away. The breakfast buffet was lukewarm to cold. Would not book again.

We liked this hotel because of the convenient location, free breakfast, fitness room with good quality equipment, and it was pet friendly.

The front desk staff were rude throughout our stay.

The pool was very quiet and clean. Breakfast had a great selection.

Everything was great. I did see previous reviews about renovations but we were not bothered on the first floor.

They were undergoing renovations while we stayed. The contractors were very noisy, way too early in the morning and woke us up. Not ideal when trying to enjoy vacation. Many contractor tools interfering with our room entrance.

Location to old towne St Augustine. Hot tub was hot.

Whole premises was under a mass renovation that we weren't warned about. ALL interior amenities absent. breakfast served was by no means a healthy alternative to the normal options. Beds uncomfortable. No compensation offered for these inconveniences.

If i knew this hotel was under such heavy renovation, I would have stayed elsewhere

The lobby was a mess-dust everywhere.The side doors were never locked--no security! The room was horrible--no lights over the bed--just empty holes. The outlets and USBs weren't working. The shades only went up about 1/4 of the way-No more space to list i

Lobby was in total construction with plastic, caution tape. Construction on every floor. Side doors left unlocked and wide open which let in cold air thruout. Requested room change from 1st to 4th floor. Brown bags given out for continental breakfast.

Very comfortable beds and pillows. We both had a great nights sleep. They are currently renovating and the updates though not complete look very nice.

They are undergoing a renovation. Breakfast was a bag of packaged pastry, water and orange juice. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time.

I was not expecting this hotel to be under renovation. There was no place to eat or socialize with friends other than in your room. They didn¿t tell us about the boxed breakfast until the 2nd day. The jackhammer in the lobby was most annoying!

The restaurant, bar, and common areas were all under construction and inaccessible. This was not disclosed when I was making my reservation. Also, in addition to the high tax and fees, I was charged $18/night to park in an unsecured lot.

Parking s/b included/free vs $18/day, since there are no high volume businesses in the immediate area.

Staff And all the staff took very good care of me. Whenever I come to Saint Augustine this is the best place for me. Good service, good stuff, comfortable sleep comfortable setting.

I was not a fan of the cleaning supplies. They were pretty strong. So strong that I had to get changed to another room. Staff was happy to do it.

Very nice and felt safe

I had no TV or internet. It was a drag since I couldn't leave the room because of a terrible and long rain storm. Nothing to do. Finally a gentleman got the TV to work. It was not connected to the internet ? Did not work in the morning either.

Big rooms, nice beds and bedding, nice TV, desk and chair, clean and comfortable. Experience was as expected for this level.

Pool didn't open till 9AM. I asked to use it by 8:30 and they opened it. Breakfast wasn't a buffet, they changed it to order only and it was just OK. Location wasn't that great, street was under construction and there was an old run down auto shop.
