The bed bugs and blatant denial and refusal to refund over the bed bugs.

Nothing special.

They tried to charge me the $3 fee twice. I had the receipt. She was acting stern when I walked outside about smoking. I literally just woke up, walked out the door and she was right there and I didn't even light my cigarette yet. Completely ridiculous.

The location was close by my family and friends whom I was visiting with while on vacation here in fl.

Everything! The pictures of pretty and updated rooms and suites are NOTHING like what you see in these fake photos.The cost per night is WAYYY overpriced! Staff is rude and cold. And rooms have roaches.

The lady at the front desk was rude and accused me if something I didn't do. Someone tried to break into my room and they did nothing about it

First, I was greeted by a very nice lady at the counter. I spent four days at their hotel. My first night the bed was a little firm for me so when I told the Lady at the front desk , she gave me a new room very comfortable bed. She was very accommodating

No, this was The best hotel I have stayed in and I stay in hotels every weekend. The room smelled clean. The hotel was clean. Housekeepers were awesome. My upstairs housekeeper was the best.! I told him I will definitely be back.

Staff was very accommodating with our handicapped request.

People above us and beside us were very noisy. Stomping above us all night and TV in both rooms was so load we had a lot of trouble sleeping.

The breakfast lady was awesome! The pancakes werent coming out very big and Im using a cane, so rather than have me get up and make new ones, she brings me over 2 new pancakes, butter and syrup! I didnt ask her to do this she was just being very ki

my stay was uneventful i say that as a good thing. we came and went with no problems and the front desk is always helpful and happy.the room was cleaned and fresh towels left every other day.yes i would recommend and stay again

I chose this hotel because they took pets or so the app said. The hotel refused me my room because I had pets regardless of the infor on the app. Leaving me , my mother and my pets out during the hurricane in Florida. I haven't gotten a refund.

roach crawling on my lamp. Hangers were dusty,no bedspread or blanket. No TV guide. Phone did not work. Hotel has lots of potential, just needs attention to details.Like whoever painted was sloppy, the clothes rack is rusted
