- the breakfast and the go bag
- The night manager was very helpful and went above and beyond to get us a roll in shower but there were Monaco. After her initial intervention the Saturday manager brought us a dirty shower chair that did not fit in tub
- Nothing under construction and would not refund us
Cons -
- I paid for a handicap room with a roll in shower. When we arrived, we were given a room with a tub with grab bars. After multiple attempts by the night, manager was told none were available. Totally unacceptable.
- Dusty loud noises from being under constant
- would have liked the option of a real kitchen
