Hampton Inn Plant City

Nothing I could not make the trip my sister had a bad fall a week before the trip and she was not able to make it. So I was not able to get a refund it was non-refundable.

I'm sure I probably would have like it but again we did not go

at the front desk, we walked down to see if we could purchase some water. They had Coke products but no water they told us we could walk across the street to get water.

Convenient for what we needed. Comfortable bedding.

Room faced I-4 very loud from traffic

Super service and kind staff! Excellent breakfast and very clean comfy room.

The traffic noise was entirely too loud out the window next to the highway with trucks and motorcycles going by all hours. The Windows need an upgrade or some sound tamping.

Clean, friendly staff. Better amenities than other Hampton Inns we have been in as of late.

The bed was super high. My ring fell off the nightstand, and when I went to get it, I fell off the bed and broke my thumb.

Staff was very friendly and hotel was very neat and clean.

The location of this hotel was right next to the on ramp to the highway. People would accelerate onto the on ramp which would be very loud while sleeping.

It?s a great place, clean friendly staff, and good breakfast.

The shower had a slick finish which becomes very slippery when soap hits it, a lawsuit waiting to happen! The toilet paper is very thin, and narrower than regular toilet paper, and the pillows very soft. The noise level from the street is very loud.

Blood and bodily fluids in sheets with all different types of hair. Room was never clean the girl just made up the bed. The front desk has another fella with the same issue when I complained. She said the same girl that been there 2 yrs cleaned them both

My choice in the area. I did notice changes from my last stay.

We booked a king bed but were given a room with 2 queens which made the room much smalle. I was told they were out if rooms with king beds.I felt they should have told us that up front and charged us accordingly. I was told it was not their policy.

Breakfast and friendliness

Literally one of the hardest beds I've ever slept on. I chose Hampton because their beds are usually comfortable, but this one made it hard to walk in the morning.

All staff Members were so helpful and kind. Breakfast was great. Room was very clean.

The cleanliness, nice size room & bathroom. Carpets in hallway were immaculate. Breakfast bar was very clean, good food & very friendly hostess.

No complaints at all

They have a great hot breakfast.

The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The first room they put us in smelled terrible like body odor. They did change the room for us

Location and staff

Door to cabinet that holds refrigerator was broken or hinge sprained. And it¿s the 2nd room I¿ve stayed in at this location with the same problem.

Breakfast staff keeps things stocked in buffet, coffee hot and area clean. Also, room are clean.

Room had only 2 towels but we had family of four in the room.

New, clean, one of the best mobility-accessible rooms I've encountered. Nice to also see EV destination charging.

Staff was great.. room was pretty clean only thing is it needed to be a little more updated

Great people on staff who always talked to me about what is going on in the area. Relaxing,clean,and very comfortable room with great breakfast and they also are very down to earth people who always had plenty of my favorite food items. Plenty of stores -
