Quality Inn Plant City - Lakeland

Centrally located in Plant City and right off the interstate.

Elevator did not work one day and I was on the 2nd floor. The elevator smelled very bad and possibly needed to be disinfected.

The room was spacious, bathroom was very nice, and was clean.

Limited breakfast selections.

The location. That was the only good thing about this hotel.

We were charged for a night even though we canceled that night. We didn't receive a copy of our bill when we checked out or even after I called them requesting a copy of our bill. The front desk person was rude and very hard to understand.

Close to highway

Everything, dirty, minimal breakfast, pool closed for ?repair? poor maintenance, cold showers, lights didn?t work half the time, elevator went down.

Location.

The initial room had no water pressure. The second room floor was dirty, and the bed was only a mattress with no box spring. Lamp outlet didn't work. There was construction going on next to our room. The so-called breakfast was barely a minimum.

The mattress was nice.

Not clean, other people?s hair all over the bathroom, bedroom window was unlocked (first floor) we locked it and people kept trying to get in all night long, the floor cleaner made everything sticky and bad smelling, the pool and hot tub were nasty, scary

The room was very nice and although they were under renovation the stay was wonderful. It was right across the street from the church I was going to for Thanksgiving Eve service and next door to Denny's.

Not that was under their control.

It was close to the soccer field

When you walk into the hotel it?s nice and clean but once you walk towards the elevator every thing was dirty even found a Quitp on elevator and was still there the next morning. The hotel was not clean, room smelly room,noisy and paint on walls look bad.

YES, my room smelled musky/moldy, clearly has major water damage.? the phone in my room wasn?t operational my entire stay and 3 of the 4 lamps in my room had blown bulbs.

A lot noise old smells bad the tub was broken got burnt on hot water

Truthfully, the housekeeping staff were very nice folks, eager to please and pleasant to speak with.

Hotel management and front desk needs a bit of an attitude adjustment. The guests aren?t an inconvenience.?

The location was nice. The resturants within walking distance was nice.

The lobby has such a strong smell of perfume or detergent it was very overwhelming.The floor our room was filthy. We don't wear shoes inside the room and my children's feet were black just walking from the bed to the bathroom.We had to wear socks.

This hotel should be reported to the health department & the staff were absolutely disgusting as well!

Disgusting facility with Disgusting staff!!! Mold everywhere! Ceilings falling in! Blood in rooms! Broken furniture & equipment!

Paint fumes lingering from recent paint. My wife had a headache all evening. Could not change rooms hotel was booked. Breakfast was not as expected no protein. However clerk made her breakfast that consisted of eggs. No protein or milk

The lobby was very nice, smelled very good!

Soon as we walked around the corner from the Lobby we were in a completely different hotel! It was a completely different environment! Walked in the room and the room was NOT CLEANED! Hair every where in the bathroom. THEY DID NOT GIVE US A NEW ROOM!

Bugs alive and crawling about in the room and in the breakfast area. Maintenance staff called about hair dryer falling from wall, never showed up to repair. Some staff unsympathetic of issues tells me it happens all the time. Bullet hole in window.

Room and hallway smelled of cigarette smoke, had to change room and floor, pool had cigarette butts in it

Bathroom was old and ot inviting..facets were nasty..bathtub facet came out of wall.Rugs nèeded cleaning breakfast not to many choices.pi¿lows on bed were small and our comforter was ripped and foam was exposed. Tiolet constantly was running.

The maintenance man was very prompt and friendly when our smoke detector was beeping.

This hotel was the epitome of a fleabag. You could get a contact high from the pot smoke in the hallways, the bathroom was covered in mold, the shower didn't drip but ran in a continuous steady stream. The lobby was nice but the rest needs LOTS of work.

We used the hotel to rest after surgery at Baptist Hospital.so what we liked the most is its quietness & location.

Breakfast is pretty limited and they close it at 10 am, I guess it should be at around 11am
