- we very much enjoyed tides restaurant and our waiter made our stay enjoyable we loved the Pool's at the resort enjoyed the music we loved how dog friendly the resort was

- We did not enjoy pelicans bartender
- We arrived early and were told that it was very likely would be able to get in our room early. But after being promised twice it would be within a half hour, we never got an early check-in. It was frustrating to change plans hoping for an early check in
- I didn't like the fact of the last 2 mornings I was awaken by a couples dog barking in the hallway pacross the hall from our room. I didn't appreciate it nor was I compensated. I was told that they would reach out to the couple but that was no help at all
